The service from all staff was excellent. The rooms were large and had a terrific view and had excellent aircon. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better ones we had in Vietnam - lots of choices and with a nice view. There was a short walk over the bridge (on a narrow walkway) to the main part of Hoi An old town. The location was perfect in that regard. This is the 3rd time we have been to Hoi An but the 1st time we have stayed at Bay Resort. The resort is quite new and offers very good value for money.

The pool water was like a hot bath in summer. Not inviting at all and a big letdown for us. We just could not use it.

The location is perfect. Overlooking the Ancient Town. We enjoyed the use of the pool in the warm afternoons relaxing before the Hoi An night life. All waiters and cleaners were amazingly helpful, and we really loved having a chat with them. Our room was upgraded and we can not fault the room it was perfect. A huge bathroom with a lovely bath. Fully stocked bar fridge and complimentary snacks. The breakfast was delicious and served a good mix of western and local food.

We loved it but for improvement we would love to see a concierge or guest services at the front desk. There are so many things to do in and around HoiAn that some extra help would always be appreciated.

The hotel, the hospitality, the food, the location. It was all outstanding! I dont think we could have asked for anything better than this for our vacation at Vietnam. I must visit place Hoi An and if Hoi An, it has to be Bay Resort!

We love everything about the hotel from the location which was on a less happening side of Hoi An away from the crowd. Its view overlooking the river was beautiful and serene. Hotel room is amazing from comfort to its size and amenities in the room! Breakfast was great and hospitality is commendable. Amazing service and very impressive stay!

The location is fantastic, close to market, river boat rides and tailors and shops. The resort can organise tours to places like Bana Hills, My Son, marble mountain, coconut boats (such fun!) and other attractions. Loved the resort and the friendly team at Bay Resort. It is so much more personal than the larger chains. They remembered who we were at reception and the dining room. Fresh towels brought so often to the room, 3 times a day, which was welcomed as humidity in Vietnam was high so it felt hotter, more frequent showers to freshen up. Rooms are air conditioned and bed is comfortable though a bit harder than I’m used to. There is also a mini mart next door that can supply services, laundry, water, drivers to take you around as an option if you prefer, but we found that the resort were so helpful with all those services as well. Oh and I forgot to mention the beauty spa treatments at the resort, a must-do activity. The pool is wonderful too with happy hour, bar service and meals at the pool if you like or you can dine in the restaurant or your room. Very impressed with flavours of Vietnamese cuisine. Loved that breakfast and the bar fridge (restocked daily) were included. Loved our stay at Bay Resort.

Everything was perfect. The room was modern well appointed, spotless and serviced twice a day with clean towels. Loved the restaurant and ate there almost every night as the quality and choice of meals were great. Breakfast was also amazing, so many choices at the buffet. The pool area was very relaxing with a view of the river and old town with the lights and the boats, it felt very magical. Location of the resort was perfect with a short walk across the bridge into the old town and markets. The resort as a whole was very clean and quiet at night. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We happened to be there on Mother’s Day (Australia) and they even decorated the room for the occasion with a card and cake. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and we look forward staying there again on our next visit! A big thankyou to all the staff at the Bay Resort!

Everything was perfect, no complaints what so ever.

Amazing resort that exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally clean and modern (they can clean your room twice a day if you wish). We had the deluxe river view room and I requested the ground floor which comes with an outdoor seating area overlooking the river. We arrived early and they gave us an early check in which was much appreciated! The room service was reasonably priced unlike most hotels / resorts which are quite pricey and the service is incredibly fast. The service at the hotel is amazing, all the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast is really good too, very good selection and coffees were very nice. The pool area overlooks the river and has a decent amount of seating area. As per the other reviews you do need to cross a busy bridge to go to the main area of the town , it is a narrow walkway , we personally didn’t have issues walking the bridge but it may be more difficult if you are travelling with kids. The hotel does offer a shuttle service several times a day to cross the bridge which is very helpful. Some other stuff to note : Aircon is very responsive and is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable as well. The TV is a smart tv and you can watch Disney and Netflix on it. Everything in the minibar is complimentary and refilled daily including water , juice , soft drink, fruit , chocolate, biscuits and chips. The gym is decently well equipped and very very clean. Wifi is very fast and reliable.

The standard of both building, amenities and service provided by this Resort were excellent. Situated on the river frontage, the Resort provides a clear view of the old town and the colourful night time river activities. Access to the old town is either short walk across the nearby bridge or a shuttle service provided by the Resort. All the staff we met were exceptional. A few examples, first at our first meal the Executive Chef introduced himself and asked if we had any special menu preferences in addition to the great food on offer. Second, I arrived for breakfast with the onset of a cold and a waitress noticed and suggested a green tea might help. Later back in our room there was a unexpected knock on the door. It was one of the reception staff with a packet of Fishermans Friends for me. A memorable act of thoughtfulness. In addition to the swimming, massage and bar services, the Resort also provided a Vietnamese coffee making making class, this was educational and enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience, the location was perfect—conveniently close to local attractions, making it easy to explore with our two young kids. The staff really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. From providing extra amenities for the kids to offering helpful recommendations, we felt very well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. We especially appreciated how the hotel paid attention to the little details that made a big difference for us, like offering kid-friendly items and ensuring our room was set up for a family-friendly stay.

Loved this hotel at the centre of Hoi An. Originally i was debating if i should book it as the place is new and i wanted something more authentic during my stay in Hoi An but i would be gutted if i didnt book it. The hotel is beautiful, from the rooms the breakfast location and has a great swimming pool facing the river. It is only 3 minutes walk from old town so perfect location . The staff are super helpful and friendly and helped us book a few activities such as the coconut boat ride and the Hoi An memories show (which i highly recommend).

Loved everything about the hotel. If i had to choose anything would say to have a little more vegetarian option for breakfast.
