Property and location was beautiful. Well maintained, cabin was complete with everything we needed. Beach was immaculate and there was a water area at park with the ducks and frogs. Swimming pool was incredible. Play park for kids was big and gated. Very secure place, cameras in common areas including the pool area. Locks and gates were appropriate (and good quality) for families with kids any age, very impressed. We totally recommend this holiday park, we had a fantastic, relaxing, fun stay! The best part, you're so close to the Ocean you can hear the waves as you go to sleep.

we rent two villa near the beach but they are not identical. In one villa, there are three beds in one room, therefore, the beds are small. in the photos we saw, it will be one room with a double bed and one room with two beds. So didnt know actually each villa is different. In one villa, the bathroom is bigger and has something like heat lamp on the ceiling and so, it's quite warm to take a shower. it's not the same in another villa. One screen door lock is broken but ok as the door lock works fine. There are basic kitchen tools but in one villa we could not find dish washing detergent or cloth. we bought food from the Two sisters at the gate but it's a bit oily. We arrived after office hour and the staff arranged late check-in for us, which was quite convenient and maps were provided in the envelop and the process was quite smooth. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it's a quiet place to enjoy the weekend and have a gathering with friends. we saw some people having dinner outside their villa or breakfast outside. quite relaxing environment. Bed was ok for me (comfortable for me actually, but my sister sharing the same bed said it's too hard), but the single bed in another room was a bit too small for my sister.

provide dish washing detergent if possible. the rubbish bin at collection center was full in the morning.

Great discounted rate via booking.com. Just came across it on our drive up the coast planned to stay one night, but added another after first night. Pretty empty cos all kids gone back to school so it was super relaxed, beautiful trees and garden, love proximity of peaceful private beach, and other nearby surf beaches. Super chilled with fab weather on the porch, very clean and comfortable villa two two one. Excellent shower water pressure with lots hot water. Staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Ian who gave us a jump start when our car battery failed. We will definitely be back! And having the Thai food truck on the premises with delicious authentic food was for this Singaporean icing on the top!

Absolutely beautiful park, in a stunning location. Brett at reception was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! It was so lovely and quiet whilst we were there. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The beach right behind our cabin was incredible. Calm, clear water and just perfect. We used the BBQ facilities, which were extremely clean and use friendly. Kids absolutely loved the huge, clean pool and the friendly possums who came to visit for some fruit each night. We absolutely cannot wait to come back.

We stayed in the Ocean Breeze - 2br cabin. It was modern & very clean. Full sized fridge with freezer & kitchen had all your basic needed. Large modular lounge. Could even sleep an extra person if needed. Mattresses were firm and comfortable.

Nothing major but disappointed there wasn't a hair dryer in the cabin. However they did provide one when I asked. Some of the privately own properties around the park are looking very rundown and shabby. Spoilt the overall look of the park.

The park is in a great location, right on the beach, which is nice and sheltered and great for the kids. The facilities are OK, there's a pool (which isn't heated and was freezing when we were there) and kids playground, as well as a camp kitchen and communal lounge area. The Thai/Lao food van on site is great and does very tasty takeaway food, but note it's not open too late so you'll need to get in early for dinner there. Also make sure you check out the deals the park has with local restaurants and attractions (there should be something in your accommodation). They have some good drals which we unfortunately didn't know about until it was too late.

The camp kitchen and communal area were booked for a party when we were there. Afterwards, it was left in a bit of a mess which wasn't cleaned up during out stay. The cabin kitchen didn't have an oven and was sparsely kitted out with barely enough plates, cups and cutlery for a family. An additional frying pan would be very useful to make full use of the 2 hotplates. We were able to cook very basic meals, but had to wash up the sole frying pan during prep so we could cook the other half of our meal.

Have been visiting Barlings with Family for about 8 years. Keep going back to the great location, right next to a family friendly beach. Also short drive to other great spots like Tomkin and Broulee. Cabins are better than ever with a number of new ones. Staff this year were even friendlier than ever, with new Manager Brett. Who was delivering christmas treats to the kids in his golf cart. Highly recommend.

Just need to re-open the coffee shop onsite.

Everything! A lovely welcome from Gaye, arrived at our cabin right near the path to the beach, cabin was lovely and new. Beach is great. Awesome Thai food from the truck onsite-honestly it can’t get any better. Dip in the pool also very nice.

Property is great, we had a lot of annoying children near us that played out the front of our cabin constantly but that’s not the parks fault. Better if it was just quiet couples etc but not to be this time.

Welcoming environment, great landscape, friendly staff, great beach and easy access. Kids friendly with large playground and indoor activities.

There were not enough cutlery and plates for 4 people. The pool a bit dirty. Leaves and other particles on the surface should be removed more regularly. TV was not working. Not having Wifi became issue for us as mobile network appears to be low in the area. Sofa, under sofa and beds, outside deck were not very clean.

We liked everything about this place. Great location, great beach, great pool, I cannot complain. The Thai kiosk on site was very yummy too. Great for dinner.

We don't have any negative reviews. The only suggestion I could make is for the knives to be sharpened as it is very very very blunt. Another suggestion is to supply additional trash bags if we are expected to clean up after our stay. The carpet in the bedroom might benefit from a wash. But it was well vacuumed just looked worn. Otherwise, it was great, the accommodation was very clean.
