location is great, very close to Lee garden night market. , watson and most important 7-eleven . Room is great for 4 of us. Great Spa massage , will surely come back.

Music from Live band in front of our room , only stop at midnight. ( not ideal for family with children) . The pillow is too soft .

The room style and deco is difference from others and the receptionist is really nice and friendly. My kids love them so much especially every time when they meet them sure got sweets. : ) clean room, comfy bed, warm and nice toilet bow :p

This price can think to give some light breakfast.. Staircase of the room a little bit dangerous(doesn't look safe) for kids or old folks. For me? I am 37yo to afraid of going down especially wake up with blur face. Imagine stomach ache? lol i found got a lot of nice and comfy hotel with cheapest price which is i will try next time.

The room is clean and comfortable. It looks better than the picture shown. I will book this place again when I come to Hatyai.

The room is not so soundproof. Each steps you made, other people can hear it.

Overall, the location is strategic. Walking distance to kim yong market and even lee garden night market. Property is clean and well designed.

No lift and it’s not convenient for women guests who are carrying heavy luggage. Maybe you can consider of having a bell boy to help women with their luggages 😁

Location was good and convenient

There is no lift... to carry the luggage upstairs was not good as you do not have porter to help carry the luggage. We have difficulty in carrying the luggage. You might trip/fall out from the staircase as your staircase do not have any barrier/railings. This is not good for old people. Only suitable for young people. Maybe you can improve on that. Overall everything is good.

The unit was exactly like in the pictures. It was new and clean. The location next to the malls, close to various eateries and the countdown night market was right in front of the door.

We had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We had the middle unit so there was only view to the internal garden and no view of the city.

The location, room is clean, wifi is fast, ID design is nice.
