All the supplies to start a fire were provided. There was a lovely welcome gift basket.

All heat was completely off when we arrived late Friday night - the house was very cold to get started. Also, some rooms have harsh blue lights - keep them all low yellow.

There was a lovely welcome basket, and the cottage is so cozy. The location is fantastic. It is in a central location right next to pubs, shops and restaurants. Stow-on-the-Wold is a special village close to many others.

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished cottage, very spacious.

There was a lot of road noise in the front two bedrooms, maybe some extra shutters would help where there are planning restrictions on changing single glazed windows.

Location, spacious.

Beds not great, lock on bathroom door broken, bedroom and bathroom blinds not working properly. Rug in hall dangerous.

Great location plus parking

Everything was great. My only complaint might be the steps. We had two elderly people with us and they were a bit difficult to manage. But that is the exception.

Great location with many restaurants within walking distance, welcome hamper on arrival was a nice touch. Gemma even called us the night before to check if every thing was ok as we had issues with locating the allocated parking area on the internet.

Being there in March the weather was not great and we used the log burner in the living room both nights, we had to be conservative with the logs, only down side would have been a few more logs.

very well maintained with all the amenities. it was great for our group. everyone especially loved the backyard with the flowers and outdoor dining table. All the attractions, stores and restaurants were easily walkable which was very helpful for my parents.

finding the parking area was a little hard and required 2 drive abouts.
