The hotel's location is beautiful and it’s ski in. Ski lifts are 10 minutes away. Staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is good, and the rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast is delightful, featuring fresh juices and coffee.

There are no slippers, no kettle, and limited dining options, which we understand since it’s a boutique hotel. However, the restaurant is only open for dinner, and for New Year's Eve, we were required to opt for a set menu of 6 course menu priced at €150 excluding drinks(regular dinner €49 included 4 course menu ) , with no alternatives or room service available. The bus to the center of Zell Am See availble only untill 6 pm and if you delay in town center you ll have to walk uphills for about 25 minutes.

Boutique Martha is a beautiful romantic setting up the hill from the main town of Zell am See. With great bus links both up and down the hill (1 minute either way) it's in a great location. The hotel is very smart and seems to be something of a "foodie" location with the excellent "Flo's" restaurant. A delightful outdoor pool (fresh water) thats big enough to do serious swimming, set in beautiful gardens. There is a nice sauna and relaxation suite downstairs which we made use of. The superb staff made our trip and Matthias (spelling?) went out of his way to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were great: plenty of variety and very well stocked. Loved it and would love to go back in the skiing season.

Location surrounded by beautiful scenery and family run. Stayed in double room very comfortable & clean. Beautiful flowers & trinkets in garden made garden etc very special,

When coming back to the hotel at night when dark would help to have more lighting by front door. Light only comes on when nearly at the door where there were 2 steps!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely nice, we were arriving very late and they offered to prepare us some snacks for the room and left us keys with easy instructions. The same with checkout, we were leaving very early and they offered to prepare some snacks to go. We had half board and every meal we had was excellent. Sauna area is super cozy, as the whole hotel.

We loved everything and would definitely pick this again.

If we must mention anything: Our stay was too short to use the nice pool Our stay was too short to eat at the restaurant Our stay was too short to do all the things the direct surroundings have to offer... But we now know, and will be back!

Room was a bit small but clean and fine for what we needed. Ski bus stop to the lifts and down into the town was right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. My son did manage to ski back to the hotel, but the piste wasn't great condition (and the pistes on the mountain were perfect)

We had dinner at the hotel on the night we arrived and it was v good, but we did consider having dinner on our last night (we stayed 4 nights), but the menu was exactly the same with only a limited number of choices. I would have been nice if the menu had changed during this time The reception times were not very convenient - mostly when we were out skiing for the day We hadt o leave at 6am on day f departure and were told they would leave breakfast for us at reception, as we had paid for 4 nights B&B. However, there was nothing there in the morning, which was disappointing

This place is an absolute gem it's from its beautiful setting it's fantastic staff and amazing food I could write a lot but I don't need to because it speaks for itself. I will stay here whenever I visit Zell. The owners have created a fabulous place to chill and enjoy.

It is up a hill out of the centre but the bus service is excellent especially with your guest card

Beautiful garden and swimming pool, friendly hosts, great breakfast. We also tried the sauna/ wellness area one day and it was also very nice with a real Finnish sauna. The location is great and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the bus runs towards the city and Schmittenhöhe bahn. We liked everything here and the whole place was so cute!

We booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon in May 23b and could bot find fault. Staff were very friendly and helpful giving advice about travel passes and transport. The hotel was beautiful and clean which made us feel at home. Sadly the restaurant was closed when we stayed as it was staff's night off but plenty eating places in town. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice for everyone! We had a swim in the natural pool outside which cooled us down as the weather was also superb! All in all a lovely stay 😁

My daughter and I really loved this place. We were so pleasantly surprised by the decor of the hotel, restaurant and room, not to mention the gorgeous pool in a really beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast and easy access down the road into town. Perfect stay.
