I like the price, location, comfortable rooms, clean, and I have noticed they are making positive changes on the outside.

I really don't like the fact that you can NOT communicate with the staff. They have very limited English. This is a very important issue and should be addressed. More than likely I wont be going there or any of my associates until there can be clear communication. Spending money and time is important - I couldn't even get a receipt for my stay cause they couldn't figure out how to trouble shoot the printer....

Price was reasonable, the staff were always friendly and accommodating, even with our midnight check in!

The back doors never locked, even if you pulled the door closed completely. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to haul bags up and down the stairs. My biggest issue was coming in our last evening and our keys didn't work, even after reprogramming them and then trying new cards, the night manager had to escort us to our room and unlock it for us. Also, the bedroom window had no screen on it, and the window frame was busted/window didn't fully close. Fortunately it was the beginning of July and the a/c worked.

Breakfast: Good coffee, orange juice, donuts and strawberry & peach yogurt. Excellent location across the street is Stateline Subs and Pizza and Zips. Next door Exxon gas station. Lots of parking spaces.

Could get eggs and sausages for breakfast.

Breakfast was fine. Should be labeled as a continental breakfast though. No hot food except waffles, which were delicious, btw.

Beds above room 106 were VERY squeaky. Needed to get a second washcloth though there were two of every other towel size. Hard to find receptionists. Pool was cold (NOT heated!) but nice. Interesting that max. depth was 4.5 ft.

Convenient. Right off I-90. Gas station, restaurant, mini mall within walking distance. I always enjoy Red Lion. Was in Spokane area for State AAU basketball tournament and it was super convenient. Love the area. Room was as expected. Parking was not an issue. Price was great.

The few things that were a negative for me were the front desk guy. I pushed the service bell twice. Stood at the front desk almost five minutes. Upon walking out of the back room after his conversation was finished. There was literally no personality. Never said Hi, never said enjoy your stay, here is the WiFi, continental breakfast is served this time, dont mind the dog barking in the next room...Yada Yada Yada. All he said was, your room is downstairs down the hall. I will always remember his baseball hat. Not professiona. In my opinion. Maybe it was the weather that day.

The people that run the motel are excellent. Very nice place is clean and exceptional customer service.

Very nice big back grassy area for your dog to run and they even have the poop bags set up already. Parking lot is large enough

The bed was kinda hard to start with for 1. 2. No coffee pot in our room 3. The freezer to the fridge doesn't freeze it's just a big cooler. It was clean and alright for the most part

Staff was not very friendly, almost made me feel like I was interrupting their day by checking in. For the price I expected a happier greeting.

Nice continental style breakfast. Could make your own waffles and cereal . Very clean and self serve side kitchen. Quiet room and TV had a lot of channels to watch.

An elevator would be nice but only two floors.

Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff! Room was clean and quiet, location of motel is extremely convenient and close to gas stations and food.

Room did not have microwave- no huge deal and I understand they get stolen on a regular basis.. our modern world huh?
