Nice garden with small rabbits running around, many free and comfortable sunbeds available. Food and coffee is 5 star, as it should be in Italy. The beach is sandy however the coastline is rocky, so you can enter the sea using stairs. Apartments are clean, and air conditioned however I didn’t feel them fresh, well separated or too cosy comparing the price. Nice place to relax, but it is smaller than expected from the homepage.

We had a quadruplets suite next to the bar, so kids couldn’t sleep until 23:00 because of the loud live music . The resort is a few km away from the city in the middle of farmlands, so you will need a car, or at least to use shuttle service of the Hotel, to get to populated areas.

Nice beach front Great breakfast and evening buffet meal with lots of choices. Enza and Simona were so wonderful really made our evening 😃 Lots of parking, great grounds and lovely scenery.

Small Rooms are not great, very low quality furniture and dated . Sound proofing required. The Spa etc not included and prices reflect that. The outside gym isn’t good. The staff on checking out were not good very miserable 🙁 and didn’t want to know when I asked for a receipt for work. The reception guy muttered something and didn’t come back so after some time I left. No ciao for me 😢

The staff are friendly and hard working. The breakfast is delicious The location is incredible as you get to choose your comfort level by the swimming pool or by the beach.

The entertainment during evenings are not all at the same standard. Some were quite poor some were great. The noise during the performance is too loud for those rooms facing the bar area. For someone with kids it’s not recommended to be allocated rooms around the bar area. The dinner prince 35 eur is high for the quality they provide. Some more coffee and water in the rooms please

Overall our stay was great, we enjoyed every moment. The staff was attentive, the receptionists were exceptionally kind and helpful when we needed to reschedule things. Our room was super clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed and a comfortable bed. Catering was great, wide variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. We appreciated that for breakfast we could choose from many traditional European dishes, sweet and savory, hot and cold, with Italian coffee, and freshly squeezed orange and vegetable juices. Dinners had a theme each evening (Apuglian, Asian, etc), and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel grounds are beautiful, full of flowers and herbs. We really liked the sandy beach, although the water is a bit deep and there are many rocks, so families with smaller children maybe cannot take full advantage of that. The location is a bit out of town, but that made it quiet and relaxing. There is a shuttle bus almost every hour to Polignano a Mare city center which is convenient.

There is nothing negative to mention. Maybe it would be helpful for international guests to have a handbook in the room or a section on the website with a FAQ, to make things easier to understand, especially as some staff didn't speak English very well (eg. where to get beach towels and it requires a deposit, how the bottle wine system works at dinner, wellness only incuded in the price during high season, VIP beach, etc).

We had wonderful time in Pietrablu Resort. Very beautifully maintained, had everything we can imagine to have great family holidays. Comfortable beds and pillows, very good and with a lot of variety breakfast, nice stuff and bunnies running around the gardens (sooo sweet). Nice pool and beach (rocky but beautiful, we had water shoes and masks). Lots of beach beds so there was a space for everybody. Big parking. Loved it all!

The beach was ok, however we enjoyed more the pool site. The restaurant had a great variety of food and drinks. Nice international atmosphere!

I did not like the rocky sea, quite dangerous to go on those steps. My husband actually felt on them and had a bad injury. No medical assistance existed on the resort. At such size of the resort a minimum assistance should exist and also a doctor on call.

The location and proximity to polignano. I liked that it was on the Ocean and Had a pool. The breakfast was good with a large variety of items. I liked that they also had a restaurant on site. The bunnys were adorable.

I would have liked 1 free bottle of water per person per day. The lunch menu was sparse. The maids closet was next to one of our rooms. The beds weren’t that comfortable but ok. Shower was small but fine.

The location is only accessible by car or taxi. We had a rental car. The hotel has a large car park and is secured. The hotel is very pretty and is on the beach accessible via a jetty. Sun beds and umbrella available and a very nice pool. The restaurant food quality was superb. Different theme nights for food as well as delicious local food. Highly recommend.

The evening entertainment could have a di night for one night so the older kids can dance etc.

Food fantastic lots of different fish. Resort out of the way can’t walk anywhere but good shuttle bus. Always a sun bed and lots of areas to relax in. A few staff friendly and helpful, especially in restaurant

Can’t walk to anything. All inclusive drinks poor selection. Ran out of Baileys ( supplement cost ) on first night and never replaced . Obviously winding place down for end of season. Some staff rude others very friendly. Shop never opened. No information if you weren’t in one of the many coach groups

Was very clean and well kept. the staff were very friendly helpful and polite. Food was exceptional.

The beach was not very practical too many rocks everywhere. Not very safe for swimming.
