I really liked the hostel! The room is small but cozy everything is very clean and cleaning is done every day. The owner was very nice during our stay he checked in a couple of times to ask if everything was okay. The location is excellent, right in the city center😊 Overall the hostel made a very good impression and I can recommend it

The walls are thin so if neighbors are noisy you can hear it at night or in the morning. Also the cleaning lady started work around 9a.m. even though check-out is at 10a.m She put her things in the kitchen, so it was a bit uncomfortable to go there to make coffee or have breakfast

Bedroom size was great; comfortable bed and pillows; you could open windows and doors and go out on balcony; communal kitchen was well equipped; communal bathroom spacious with shower, bidet and toilet. Daily tidy up of bedroom and communal areas. Proximity to All’Ancora and Tony’s restaurants. Proximity to bus services.

A microwave in the kitchen would have been a bonus. A separate toilet ( from bathroom) would have been even better, so you do not have to wait on person in shower to come out ( but acknowledge the cost of making those alterations).

The place is super clean and cozy , suitable for big group of friends or family. It has everything you need. Top location - 12 minutes away from the train and bus station; close to airport bus stop; in the center of the new part of the city; it's not very far from the funiculiar to city alta also and many realy good places around to eat, drink and have a good time. Very nice and cooparative host. Helped us with everything we needed.

It was a very clean room, comfortable for two people inside. It is very close to the train station and also very close to the city center. If you want to go at Bergamo old town you will have to do an estimated walk of 30 minutes, or take the bus that is close. The instructions to get in were very clear and the contact with the host very good. The availability of kitchen outside of our room was very helpful, even though we didn't used it. Because the temperature inside the room we felt it was a little high the existence of a fan inside the room was excellent. Close there are many spots to eat, drink and relax which was very good cause you can do all of them by foot.

The beds, were comfortable enough but we would like a single double bed and not two single beds stuck together. But our sleep was very good and we didn't have a problem of a bed moving during the night.

The room matched the photographs, it was clean, well-presented. The shared bathroom was clean too, as was the kitchen/communal area. We had a large balcony (shared with the room next door; however, during our stay, it was just us on the balcony). Easy to check-in.

Would be good if there was some sort of air-conditioning as it was quite hot during our stay, but the fan was alright.

Properly and location

In every morning( except January 1st) we was “visited” by the lady with cleaning, to take all cleaning materials from a storage area placed inside the apartment. Lot of noise coming from refurbishing the nearby building affected the overall comfort as well, but I assume this should be temporary and it was our luck🙂

Great quality for the price. The accommodation is very close to the main Bergamo-Airport bus lind. Keeping in mind bathroom and kitchen are shared with other rooms, you have everything you may need for a few nughts stay.

Bed is not very comfortable for tall people, a better wardrobe would also be a plus

Very nice place and it's good that rooms have a balcony to sit and have a coffee or beer. There is a shared kitchen with fridge and free coffee ((purchase milk if you prefer to have milk as none is provided). Shared bathroom but rarely an issue. Situated in lower part of town and requires a 20 min steep walk to get to old town but you will pay a lot more to stay in old town. Overall I would stay again.

The lock on bedroom and bathroom could be difficult to turn using key sometimes. There is a technique you learn to master but some oil or WD40 might solve the issue.

I liked the fact that the location is very close to the Old Center of the city. It is also 15 minutes walk from the train station and, if you need to go to the airport, you have to walk 10 minutes to the bus station and take the bus another 15 min.

My room had a shared bathroom with another room

Spacious room, very clean, balcony, good location, easy instructions for self check in. It was perfect!

There were no cups - or I couldn’t find them. We arrived late so didn’t want to make noise for the others, checked the obvious spots and I couldn’t find any.
