The service is amazing. The people are very helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean. Our room was big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a bit outside of the city in a very calm location, you can reach the city or the beach by foot easily. Or you can just enjoy your day at the pool in the hotel and relax. We also liked the dinner a lot.

There could be a little bit more offer/daily variety for breakfast.

Quiet location even if to walk up to all the buzz in the city takes only 10 - 15 mins. Beautiful balcony, three level set air conditioning on desired temperature, very prompt breakfast. If the dinner is served there even if not previously reserved the prices are super friendly.

Great hotel in a fabulous location - close to the beach and easy access to the town. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the food downstairs is very good. Very helpful and kind staff as well. Would definitely stay again.

The best hotel i have stayed ever in MALLORCA,,have visited MALLORCA 45 times. THANK YOU ALL..

NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL.

I loved everything about my stay here. As a wary solo traveler I was looking for a place that was quite, remote (with access to food, shopping, beaches) and most importantly for me, parking. Mallorca in the summer time is packed, but this hotel allows you to forget that. The Cala Gat had every thing, in addition to exceptional staff who were kind and accommodating.

The bathroom was leaking, the interior or the hotel is a bit old.

Very pleasant hotel, excellent food and very nice, professional and helpful staff. The garden and the swimming pool were also very nice and tidy. The room was large enough with a nice terrace.

The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, perhaps ventilation would help. I would also recommend refrigerators with a higher performance, since as soon as there were more bottles in it, the cooling was very poor.

We loved the location for being close to Cala Gat beach and also for being relatively isolated. The area is very quiet. It is possible to go to the beach on foot and within a few minutes by car there are many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are very helpful.

Breakfast doesn't have top quality products but it is acceptable and has a variety. The Hotel is a little outdated.

Very helpful employees in the reception,we wanted to change the room to 2 nd floor and they changed it right away,after we came back from the beach all was ready. Great hotel,stuff,place to stay!!!
