Everything is perfect for a short term 👍🏻

The room was clean and comfortable for the 1 night stay, we had, staff was friendly at assisting in checking in and checking out, cleaning staff was also friendly and even greeted and wished us a safe journey as we checked out.

The size of the room was a tad bit cramped and the view from our room wasn't that great as we were given an end hallway room that was facing a back alley and some houses with not much to see. The code for the wifi didn't seem to work either for my phone or TV but we were staying for 1 night so I couldn't complain much as by the time we had returned back to the hotel, it was late and we were leaving the next morning already. But the staff was willing to assist when I brought it up at check out.

For my experienced everything was okay bcoz short vacation 2days 1night even came late for check in no issue & worth it. Thank you so much for management & team for the good service. I really recommend. Near & easy way to tapak Pesta Pulau Pinang. Got pasar malam & Lotus beside also coffe bean at lobby. Nearby got Tomyam Restoran & Mamak if feel hungry. Car park also got. The lovely part can Ootd here.

Only i don't like can hear ppl voice & shouting from outside & another thing maybe sound like if we open the water pipe or other room i am not sure, got terrible sound. Sometimes feel weird. Hopefully can do improvement so can feel much better while sleeping & hv a good rest.

Cleanliness of room, linen and furniture is very good. Bathroom amenities are clean and well maintained. Mattress is very comfortable. Free parking with security is provided just behind the hotel. Only setback is there is no shaded walkway if it rains. Food outlets and mini-marts are available within a 5 minutes walk. Lotus supermarket is also nearby. Location is convenient for those visiting USM, Glugor or Bayan Lepas area.

Noise of water tap in bathroom is quite loud when turned on and could be disturbing at night.

The overall look of the hotel was cosy & comfortable. The staff were polite and attentive. They have free parking for guests which was convenient but it's outdoors. Not a long walk so that's ok. It's next to Lotus and not far from Queensbay Mall. Coffee Bean is just downstairs and they deliver to your room which is a plus. We had problem with the smart TV but the maintenance came very fast to fix it. The shower was strong too so that's another plus. They even have hairdryer, iron & ironing board in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

With 2 single beds, it can be a squeeze so there's not enough space to perform prayer for Muslims. We kept bumping to the beds during prostration.

The room was very clean and had fantastic air conditioning. The bathroom was far beyond all expectations; the pressure of the shower has by far been the best I have EVER had. The location is very close to places to eat and to buy groceries. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

No real complaints. For what I needed, this place was perfect.

The hotel has recently refurbished. This was my 3rd stay here at U-Hotel. The location is very good. Away from the main town. Ample private parking space. Lotus Hypermarket is nearby with lots of parking space. The toilet is clean. Has hot water for showering. The room is clean. The bed is soft. Meanwhile the pillow is too soft, it's bad for my neck.

Very good Bangladeshi room service workers. Location excellent. Walking distance to most eating places. Spacious & safe parking area. Good stay.

I just wish the room could be bigger. Too small.

Location was superb - restaurants and pasar malam either within walking distance or 5 min drive away, coffee bean downstairs and for room service was such a bonus (love coffee bean), super clean room, love the card access lift for added security, appreciated the dedicated parking area for guests, bed and pillows were comfy, water pressure was excellent, housekeeping staff were professional, efficient, and polite, adored the murals too!

Sound proofing in the room can be improved, if not from outside noise then at least from the hallways. Smoothness of door closing can also be improved to prevent slamming, which increase noise. Water pipes from usage of water un neighbouring rooms can also be quite loud.
