The hotel , lobby, bathrooms and rooms were very nice, vibrant and clean! I have OCD real bad! Our beds were very comfortable! Spacious rooms! The room amenities were amazing!Kudos! Mr Cliff, Ms. Sharae, food service employee and the young lady on the am shift were displayed exceptional customer service and hospitality to my family and I Plenty of parking on the lot.. We had a couple of rooms booked during our stay! The breakfast was amazing and fresh! They had several menu options and preferences to choose from! I saw Cage - free egg and fresh fruit and got excited for my family. We're definitely returning back here one day! We didn't get to go in the pool .I'm rating it a 10 out of 10!!!

I didn't wake up early enough to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but since I came with my own food, I was not disappointed. The location of the property was okay but since the Baltimore Harbor was not open as I expected, there was too much to do.

I stayed at the facility from Monday through Thursday and the hot water did not stay hot for the first day. Also, it would been nice if the pool water was a little warmer. Some people, like myself, like to go swimming in the fall, especially if the facility has an indoor pool but don't want it to be cold.

Room size was spacious. Enjoyed the outdoor dining/ entertainment area and loved that there was a bar available.

Trash on ground in parking lot. Kids asking the price of each item in store at check-in. Our greeter did her best but it was quite annoying. Maybe put a sign up with prices to help your staff out.

The children took over the swimming pool the entire time. It was only available to use the day of checkout. No other issues

I love the rooms and amenities. Our room felt like home for my family. We stayed about one month and enjoyed it so much. The pool was awesome & breakfast is a definite plus.

Our room overlooked the grill area, which was nice, but there were several parties with loud music. One night, the music played until after 11pm.

I liked that the hotel staff was very polite, it was clean and the room was super big!

Our TV didn’t work most of the time, housekeeping didn’t come at all, we had to get fresh towels everyday and take out our trash.

Bed was very comfortable. They had a kitchen with the basics. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. His name was Carl I believe. Pool was great although I would have loved a jacuzzi. Convenient to everything and right around the corner from where I was having a surprise party.

Requested a couple times for new towels and no one came. Wasn’t a big deal but some fresh towels and washcloths would have been nice. We were there for 3 days

Very nice accommodations. The room was clean, there were blackout curtains and all bedding was there. The pillows were comfortable and the noise was good throughout the evening. The pool was so fun and the staff was phenomenal. They were both very helpful at the front desk.

The heat in our first room was broken. The young lady quickly changed our room to another one without a fuss. Thank you.

The pillows weren’t comfortable at all. If my husband and I weren’t sharing pillows, I would have to to sleep on all 4 just to be comfortable

breakfast could be better with more variety
