Clean and comfortable room Bed comfy but mattress old. Good location Parking around the back. Quiet in spite of being by road Pretty old historic property .

Shower needs updating . Cheap hangers in wardrobe could be replaced by uniform wooden ones , elevating the quality . Breakfast expensive for the size ( not a full English more like half ) Details like a bottle of water and complimentary biscuits would elevate this property for little cost . Strict checkout at 10am meant I had to hang around til my flight which was at 9pm from Birmingham . Considering I had stayed 6 nights, a little leeway and a slightly later checkout would have been nice and a token of hospitality .

After speaking to the staff, which was very nice, they gave me a room in the ground floor, just a couple of very small and easy steps on the way, so very accessible for me and with enough space, I recommend speaking to them well in advance if anything special is needed Besides, everything was clean, there were sockets and lights near the bed, it was warm enough, the shower was working properly and had enough space, you could play music on YouTube in the TV... All good

No problem, it was a short walk from the city center but not much, handy really

Debbie, as always, was welcoming and friendly—a true credit to Easington House. The property was impeccably clean and maintained to a very high standard. The location is ideal, with ample parking available. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise, which is understandable given its position on a main road. This, however, would not deter me from staying again; I would simply request a room at the rear of the house for a quieter experience.

Wonderful guest house in a lovely location with beautiful gardens. Great double bed in an enormous room. Nice leisurely walk into town with lots of bars & restaurants & a great shopping mall ( Castle Quay)

There was a single room up 2 steps (from the double room) which also included the bathroom with over bath shower sink & toilet. Only down side was that the steps up to the single room (& bathroom) were very steep especially as I am only 5ft.

the place is on the main street, but oddly you couldnt hear much in your room. It is very quaint, comfy and kept with love. The room was spacious, the bathroom on the smaller side, but ok. The bed was amazingly comfortable. i slept really well. The breakfast was really nice and one can make ones choice the day prior.

The place was very nice and cosy as per pictures. Very good value for money. We came for a quiet hen weekend with some friends. We all had a good time. The hosts were friendly. The place was warm (although you need to regulate your own temperature as it can get boiling hot!). The bedding was nice and clean.

The shower in room 1 definitely need renovation. The water pressure was minimal to none. The only weird thing was that the host lady was there in the living room all the time meaning that we didn’t use it as didn’t want to disturb her. Otherwise all nice and sound ☺️ The bathroom (room 1) and carpet could do with a bit better clean as we found hair etc. but hey! It’s hard to spot everything! Overall very good stay ☺️

Exactly what to expect and need from a local independent guest house in this price range. Everywhere was clean and tidy. No issues with internet/WiHi. The host was polite and very helpful. The English breakfast was great and well worth the £12.50. Walking distance of the town centre, with parking out back too.

Part of the building is quite old, so the floors do squeak a bit, if this bothers you go to a Premier Bin with no character!

The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable and cosy. My room had a bath, which was a welcome relief. I had been moving furniture all day for a relative. The owner made me feel very welcome. There were lots of options and choices for breakfast, which was lovely. Overall, the hotel is homely and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it. 😊

There wasn't anything to dislike!

Clean, great location, lovely decor and lovely staff

No little bar fridge in the room, which goes with their no eating in the room.Whilst I can understand the policy for keeping the rooms clean I feel it’s a little unfair not to have a little fridge for guests to have drinks in them with respect to tea and coffee having been provided

Very well situated , made to feel very welcome when booking in , lovely room , comfy beds and good shower .Tea making facilities in the room plus hair dryer . Do not eat breakfast so I can’t comment on it . Would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation, to explore the Cotswold . Thank you for a lovely stay

Cannot find fault or say I disliked anything .
