The room was very spacious and clean and the bath room and shower was spacious to and clean and the bed was comfortable too.

The pillows could have been better and should have been two pillows each, and the door to enter the flat should have had a bolt on the inside of the door. Their should have been proper cutlery and plates and bowls in their, as the bowls that were there you could 'nt put in the microwave , also their should have been a couple of glasses,.A few tips and we hope this helps

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. All facilities were excellent and well above expectation. Please not that the SAT NAV will take you to the incorrect location. The property is on the corner as you turn off the main road with parking available. Really happy with my stay at the property.

Very close to where we needed to be. Room full of potential, spacious, well lit, quiet, and full of nice individual touches such as the books in the shelf, a proper coffee machine and a microwave, a sofa and a grandad chair. Bed was very comfortable too. We arrived too early and hosts did not have room ready but were very quick to apologise and prepare room for us. We offered to return later and when we did the room was much better presented. I had forgotten check in time and even then hosts remained courteous and prepared room ahead of time. Very nice gesture, going above and beyond!

Carpet needs replacing, shower pressure not the best when using hot water. Really didn’t like all the cleaning products left in bathroom the laundry shelves just inside the door or the loo roll pack on the floor. Also didn’t like the children style curtains and all the extra bits left in the corner of the room by the sofa. Weirdly there was a sleeping bag under the bed and in plain site.

I was there for a work trip and the location was perfect. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Parking was available and easy. Excellent considering the price is much lower than anywhere else near Banbury.

The door to the room didn't lock, which I'd seen in the other reviews but I was hoping they'd installed one based on feedback. The room is separate from the whole house so it didn't feel too weird - but a lock would've made me feel much better! Even just a hook and latch.

This property was a 2 minute drive to the Banantyne spa where we had breakfast, followed by spa treatments and lunch. It was the perfect location for this event.

The pillowcases could have been ironed & there was no blind in the dormer window. Neither of these bothered us in any way but they could improve the overall standard.

Friendly & generous host, spacious room, comfortable bed & seating, clean bathroom, lots of plug sockets for charging phone/laptop/speaker, nice lighting, good wi-fi, excellent coffee machine...and an adorable black cat downstairs! A really enjoyable stay and I will definitely look to book again.

Could maybe have had some extra cutlery/crockery for eating takeaway food. But this was only an issue because the local Indian restaurant had closed early!

Very close to venue we were attending Banbury Rfc. Private house, very welcoming host. Comfortable bed. Kettle, teas/coffees provided. Microwave available though didn't use. En suite - clean and tidy.

Not a problem for us but room on second floor if any guests not so nimble.

The family were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as easy as possible. The owner even took us to a wedding to ensure that we arrived on time Our room was huge and had everything that we needed for a short stay. It was incredibly affordable

This is a family home, so you have to expect to hear noise. It wasn't a problem for us.

I could park where I could see the car. I liked that. It's somewhat off the M40, but I got bored with Warwick services Days Inn North, after staying there 50 times. This makes a nice change. If you want anything, maybe buy it in Banbury (or somewhere large) before arriving. I didn't notice a shop nearby (didn't need one though).

Very friendly. Microwave, kettle and coffee maker all included in the room along with cutlery and bowls and other useful items. Convenient parking space was provided outside the property. A very comfortable room with easy access.

Nothing could have been improved other than picky things like a small fridge in the room for milk
