Cuore Santo Suites is an absolutely unique place. It impresses with its attention to every detail, beautiful minimalist interiors in the Cycladic style, and wonderful scents that create a unique atmosphere. It's the very definition of effortless luxury. What charmed us the most was the atmosphere and the feeling of comfort that stayed with us until the very end. We had a late-night return flight, which could have made for a long and tiring day. Thanks to the kindness and the possibility of a late checkout, we spent the entire day relaxing by the pool. Because Cuore Santo makes you feel so at ease and at home, our last day was the perfect, peaceful culmination of our vacation. It was exactly what we were looking for – not just a beautiful property, but a place with a soul. A wonderful, unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

The entire place has a very clean, elegant and modern design (rooms, common pool, reception area, etc). The surrounding area was quiet most of the time (and most importantly at night). It felt very safe at the property especially since the reception area (also serving as an airlock between the outdoors and the suites) is locked at night and only guests are given keys. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially the receptionist whose name I fail to remember right now - gave us great recommendations for restaurants, activities, transportation to/from the airport, etc.. and helped book them for us. We were treated nicely by everyone who worked at Cuore Santo and were welcomed to stay and use all common facilities and grounds after checking out until we could leave for our flight. The room had enough space for both of us, but one thing we didn't like was the lack of a shower curtain (which looks nice and adheres to the overall design of the whole place, but was still a downside when it came to trying to contain the water from spilling out into the rest of the bathroom). You will find everything you need during your stay - towels (for all purposes within the room, and beside the pool), a water kettle, a coffee machine (with a couple of pods), a small fridge complete with a small freezing compartment (and a complementary bottle of water), a lot of space for your clothes and belongings (including hangers, drawers, etc), basic toiletries, an on-demand iron for clothes (ask the receptionist), and more. When we ran into the manager (or owner - I'm not entirely sure) on our last night, he was very nice and discussed and listened to our suggestions for small improvements seriously.

The provided shampoo and body wash were olive-oil based, which smelled nice and felt good, too; However, it would have been nice if a hair conditioner and body lotion were also provided as the former will leave your hair and skin feeling dry (though we didn't ask for any, so I'm not sure whether that's an option). Despite feeling safe at the property, it would have also been nice to have an actual safe in the room (which we forgot to mention during our short stay). The hot tub was very nice, clean and worked well, but it would be nice if the water were warmer (also didn't inquire staff about it due to our short stay).

Our stay at Cuore Santo Suites was AMAZING. We couldn't fault a thing. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much to ask. The hotel is stunning and we were in awe from the moment we stepped foot on the entry stairs all the way down to the pool. Our room and bathroom were both massive, more than we could have asked for. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and there are plenty of sunbeds for all guests. We had a room with a hot tub which was also lovely. Everything was kept immaculately clean during our stay. The location was perfect - just out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip of Thira but not too far to walk to restaurants and shops. We also hired a quad bike to explore the Island which the hotel helped us organise. My husband and I eloped in Santorini and the hotel were more than happy for us to have our first look in the reception area and then have photos taken by the pool. Our hotel room also made a great backdrop for our getting ready photos. The receptionist even took some BTS footage of us which we really appreciated. We were even surprised to have a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered to us the day after our wedding which was totally unexpected but obviously very much appreciated. We can't wait to come back to visit and stay at Cuore Santo Suites again one day!

We liked everything about our stay!

The hotel was very quiet which was great for us. The staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond to help us. It was beautifully clean and tidy at all times. The location was brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Fira. The sunrise came through our window in the morning so we were able to watch the sunset from bed which was beautiful. By the pool you are allowed to use the towels which was really handy, and they were washed and dried in the basket ready for the next day. It was an amazing stay and would recommend to anybody staying in Fira!

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about the property or services

I think this is the most cost-effective hotel in Santorini. The price is very reasonable, the environment is beautiful, and the room is both comfortable and quiet. The hotel facilities are great—drink prices are fair with no markup, and the in-room hot tub is excellent. The receptionist, Katerina, was incredibly kind and helpful. Meeting such a friendly person during our trip was truly a joy. She helped us a lot. This hotel made me appreciate Santorini even more. If we hadn’t already booked our return flight, we would have loved to stay a few more days.

Nothing.

This suite was just as pictured, clean, modern etc. I booked it to use the pool with great views (opposite side of the Caldera view) however it was so windy during my stay I couldn’t use the pool even once. The north winds really affected the use of the pool unfortunately, which was disappointing to say the least given I’d booked this property specifically to be able to use the pool. In saying that, everything else was great, I was provided with breakfast options upon arrival since breakfast isn’t included, and was provided with helpful information on the area, public transport options and beach recommendations. I’d stay again for sure if I knew it wasn’t going to be windy and if I’d actually get use of the pool (weather I know is hard to predict, it’s no fault of the suite)!

Our room had a breathe taking view.of the sea and pretty buildings. We had 2 balconies, one overlooking the sea and the other the pool area. The hot tub was clean and very nice. The staff was so helpful in guiding us on where to visit. The pool was very clean and beautiful. The public area as so clean and well maintained. They played really nice soothing instrumental music as you entered the building and walk through the pool area to your suite. Highly recommend this accommodation. Also, request to be picked up and dropped of by 'Travel with Steve', he is super friendly and a safe driver.

My wife and I loved Cuore Santo suites. The location was terrific and just a short walk (about 7 minutes and downhill) into Fira main town. It was close to a mini-mart to purchase small goods and drinks were also available for purchase on site. Theonie was an amazing ambassador the Cuore Santo and could not have been more helpful. Cuore has contacts for local providers (eg bringing in coffee for example) and Theonie was always ready to assist. We loved the style of the room and our private terrace and the pool was a stand-out. A great way to conclude our tour of a few Cyclades islands. It was super clean, perfectly maintained and just so comfortable. Great, would highly recommend !

Nothing not to like !

Wonderful villa suites in a quiet location , just a short 10 minute walk to Fira Square or a 2 minute walk to the top of Fira/Firastefani. Amazing infinity pool with beds and loungers with a stunning view of the sea and Santorini. Hotel was very clean and rooms were wonderful , very comfortable bed and a walk in shower room. Couldn't rate this hotel any higher , it was absolutely amazing. Recommend to use the transfers offered by the hotel from the airport or the port. Artemisi the owner made us feel very welcome and was able to offer us recommendations for restaurants in Fira which did not disappoint. 10/10

The room was very pretty and modern. The location was great, close to lots of restaurants. The view and the infinity pool were amazing. Highly appreciated the every day cleaning, change of towels and new coffee capsules (so great that we had a coffee maker). There are wine glasses available if you ask the staff. Great that they provide clean towels to use at the pool or/and at the beach, which they wash and replace constantly. The shower was really big and the bathroom really beautiful. I also appreciated the airport shuttle they offered with an extra fee.

The system where the AC works only if you leave the card in the holder inside the room is not so great since it can get hot in the room while you are gone. The fridge we had in the room was a bit difficult to open, which caused the bottle of wine we had on the door (since it did not fit the shelves) to slip and break. It would be nice to have some kind of glasses provided in the room (not only mugs) and maybe a drying rack for wet clothes, bathing suits, towels.
