I only stayed at this hotel for under a day (I had a 19 hour layover at Haneda), so I liked that the hotel was conveniently located near the airport railway line. The nearest station was about a 5 minute walk away. The hotel design was modern and clean and I loved the Japanese style breakfast. It was delicious. My room was small (which is typical of most hotel rooms in Tokyo) but it had all of the necessities. There was also a nearby 7eleven and many cafes and restaurants in the area.

I didn't like the mattress. I realize a lot of Japanese sleep on futons and prefer firmer mattresses, but after a 7 hour flight, sleeping on a mattress that felt almost as hard as the ground was not comfortable at all. I woke up with muscle aches all over my body, which only got worse with the 13 hour flight I had after my layover.

They put my family's two rooms (two bed and three bed) as close together as possible on the floor which I appreciated. I was able to communicate with them through booking app messaging prior to traveling to Japan. The rooms are very clean and the area was very safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 and Family Mart close by. Lots of complimentary amenities in room and available in the hotel lobby plus free hot drinks although I did not get a chance to try them. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel lobby after checking out so we could explore the city before our late afternoon flight. If you're looking for dining options, just go back through the Kanata train station overpass to the other side and there is a sort of dining mall with many food options. It can be tricky to find if you are unfamiliar with Japan streets (and dark and rainy) and your GPS isn't working too well. It is super close to the Kanata train station and once you know where it is, you just you can't miss it.

Nothing bad to say, but just be aware that you are required to return all room keys since each missing one will incur a 1000 yen charge.

The hotel's location is great. It is right next to Kamata Station, so it's easy to get anywhere you want to go. Another good thing about it is that it is close to the airport. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is very quiet. The staff are helpful. The staff is helpful. Compared to other hotels, the rooms are not cramped; they are adequate and even spacious.

It's not related to the hotel, but as a tip, if you want to smoke, you need to go to the FamilyMart near the station.

The hotel was an easy walk from Tokyo Central Station which was a plus given we had all our luggage with us. The staff at reception spoke excellent English. The room met our needs well. The hotel was very well placed to access public transport and had two convenience stores very close by. We could catch. train from one of the nearby subway stations directly to the airport. We could walk easily to the Ginza shopping precinct.

The room was quite expensive compared to some cities we have stayed in but Tokyo was really busy at the time, and it was the weekend so it wasn't a surprise.

We were looking for affordable options for a stay before our morning flight from Haneda. We are glad we chose this hotel. It was steps away from Keikyu-Kamata Station and a short ride to the airport. Quiet neighborhood with a 7-11 almost next door. The rooms are simple, but clean. Apple TVs in each room. Great WiFi. Great shower. Very quiet. As with every bed we have slept on in Japan, the mattresses are firm, but we had 2 pillows each! (A rarity in our experience). We slept well. Breakfast was okay, but had quite a few items to choose from. More suited to a Japanese palate. We would absolutely stay here again before a morning flight.

If someone is looking for a place with a lot to do, this might not be the location. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Luckily, it’s easy to get around due to the proximity of the metro station.

This is a great full-service hotel. Great value—I paid around the equivalent of $72, which is incredible for Tokyo. Easy train ride to/from Haneda airport. We stayed the night before an early flight, but honestly you could stay here for your whole Tokyo vacation. Steps from Keikyu-Kamata station. Walkable from Kamata station (yes, there are two different stations). Area between the two stations is super fun—lots of restaurants, bars, shopping. Room is small, but bright and clean. Nice bathroom, high-quality body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Extra toiletries (toothbrush, razor, brush, etc…) provided for free. Comfy pajamas provided. Tea/cappuccino machine free and available all day.

There was no option to book with breakfast included. Didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked good.

Convenient location close to Keikyu-Kamata station, just a few stops from Haneda airport. Good shopping and restaurant opportunities in the area and decent connections to other areas of Tokyo (30-60 minutes ride, depending on where you want to go). Very modern building and spotless rooms, slightly more spacious than what we have seen elsewhere in Tokyo. Straightforward and seemless check-in / out procedure. Nice common area on the ground floor with breakfast available and free coffee. Perfect stay

Check in was easy and the staff was very nice and polite. There's both a 711 and a Familymart less than a 2 minutos walk each way. We only stayed one night, but everything seemed well. The hotel itself was very clean and check out was at 11, not 10, which was very nice.

Our room felt small for 3 people. I understand that they just add am extra bed to am existimos double room but even then, we could have literally rolled from one bed to the next.

our room was small but everything was provided. Daily room cleaning was also provided if needed! Mattress was firm but comfortable. Bath tub was available in the room and you could buy onsen powder in the lobby. Iced water, tea, coffee and candy were available in both lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast was great! Staff were all very friendly. It was located in the residential side of Keikyu Kamata but it was only a few minutes walking distance from subway station which was few stops away from Haneda Airport. Very comfortable traveling to the airport the next day during the morning rush hours. There was some restaurants nearby. We tried the food twice in a small restaurant run by a senior couple and we loved it. A marketplace located in the another side of subway station, but we didn’t have a chance to try the food there during our stay. Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel.

The location is really good, literally 3min walk from the Keikyu-Kamata station that goes to Haneda Airport in 10min and two konbini in a 1min walk from the hotel! Perfect when you have your flight the next morning! The hotel lounge is cozy and you can get multiple types of tea and coffee. There are also a coin laundry, an ice machine and a microwave. Haven’t tried the breakfast but it looked nice. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and big enough. The staff is friendly and speak good English.
