Homely, welcoming, accommodating. The two landlords were very friendly.

There were a few areas for improvement. The washbasin stand needed pairing and the ledge the cabinet stood on was very dusty. The shower plug cover needs replacing. The radiator was falling off the wall and the bedside cabinet was stained with mug. Provide some coasters. Tea shelf was too high. Wardrobe needs painting. I understand these are new managers so in time all these little things will be dealt with I am sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arden House NEC and I must say it was a beautiful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.

Beautiful house, very clean, lovely, and quiet through the night. Free parking on the drive. Tea/ coffee facilities were not expected but a nice surprise for a coffee before setting off. The Tv remote could do with being replaced as all the pictures and numbers on the buttons have worn away so difficult to use, but we managed.

Arrived after check in time of 10pm due to issues with travel disruption but was in touch with property and they had no issue stopping a bit later to let me in which was very good of them. Room was comfortable and good value for money. Easy to get to airport.

Would have liked opportunity for breakfast, even if paid. Maybe need to arrange in advance as only mentioned when I arrived after 10pm to check in.

It was a clean room and was very quiet seeing as we were near the airport. Slept all night

Bed was a little uncomfortable compared to my bed at home, and missed not having bacon or sausage at breakfast - we had chicken sausages instead. Would have been nice after our welcome that someone was there to see us off!!

Great location for what we needed. Definitely stay again . Could hear the planes setting off such a good location to the NEC and airport. Definitely not short of plug sockets.

Possibly look at a new mattress but it was a comfy bed. Light near window needs fixing 1 x prong was missing.

Easy access to airport and able to park car during holiday. Warm welcome Clean room altho bathroom was a bit tired. Bed was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee most welcome. Ideal for our short night before flight Given details of taxi company who arrived to take us to airport at 2.45 as booked

Room very comfortable & clean. Area quiet so had a great night's sleep. 😀. Was allowed to leave my car in the carpark for free as I attended a conference at the NEC. Even though I had checked out. I really appreciated this.

there was a strip of carpet in our room that was a trip hazard and we only had a towel between us (however I am sure we could have requested another).

A friendly welcome and easy check-in, the room was spacious, clean and modern with all the usual hotel amenities. The en-suite was large and looked very new. Breakfast was freshly cooked, perfect poached eggs. The owners are very friendly and approachable.

A blind on the en-suite window would have made me feel more comfortable and the shower head wasn't easily adjustable, only small things that weren't a huge issue but would have made my stay 10/10.
