The brand new facilities are magnificent! The knotty pine, tongue in groove interior is perfect for the location. My parking spot was inches from my room, no climbing stairs, easy in, easy out. Looking forward to my Auguist trip. Great customer service. Nicole called me back quicker than my four kids!

They recently updated this motel - we were skiing in Gore and met our needs very well. From the outside the motel looks fine but once you get the room it all changes. Beautifully updated, the smell of fresh pine wood was great. 2 very comfy queen size beds were more than enough for the 2 of us. I guess it would be nice if they had an area that provided breakfast something you could grab and go but this place was great! 2 thumbs up.

Excellent location for a simple, nice, affordable place to stay with gorgeous lake behind the lodge. The room and bathroom is clean with comfy bed. There are fire pits available to use and place to hang out by the lake. Within less than an hour to touristy spots in the Adirondack region. Don’t worry, the road is scenic so you won’t mind driving to those places.

We liked everything: the room has been recently renovated so everything is brand new (bathroom included) and the walls are made of wood, so it felt like a cabin. The view of the lake is great. There is a private small porch for every room. Loon lake is lovely. Great value.

The proprietor Nana Erika and her granddaughter Brittany were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was staying with my own grandmother. The room was very large, airy and comfortable. Although a little dated, I was very pleased with the room. Nana had hot drinks (coffee tea) and coffee cake for all of the residents. This was an unexpected nice touch.

The mattresses should be replaced and the exterior needs to be spruced up. If one doesn't judge the place by its cover then you will be pleased.

Beautiful stunning large rooms! Bed were super comfortable and bathroom spotless! No staff is around they do everything via text. You must bring your own food because there is no restaurant or Cafe on premise.

There was no staff around at all. If there was an emergency we would have been in trouble.

Everything was so great the owners awesome friendly. I went out for the day and came back and they took care of my room. That was very nice I love the view of the lake. Not sure when I will ne in the area again but I plan on staying there again I travel alot and this is one of my new favorite places.

This was a very reasonable 8 room motel. Nice to know some places still think it’s appropriate to clean every day! It was great time of year to be there with the leaves changing color. Close to other towns to drive around and look for quaint shops. Nice local diner North Country Diner nearby for a great breakfast with thick rimmed diner mugs and coffee. The rooms are a flashback with the knotty pine and older furniture but they were very, very clean. The family is very nice and accommodating. There is a lake view; a little deck and it which was pretty from the room and the rooms are a good size. Nice and quiet for sleeping and I couldn’t hear people in other rooms. Coming to the Adirondacks is always a relaxing experience and coming for a reasonable price supporting a family business makes it that much better .

Not anything I can think of that upset me staying here.

The new owners have done a beautiful job renovating this property. The decor is perfect for an adirondack resort Nicole is a pleasure to work with

Everything is brand new. The smell of wood is divine. Clean space and comfortable beds. Contactless check-in is great. Only 15 min from the mountain. Will definitely be back!
