Everything! First off, the location can't get much better. When checking in, I asked about an issue concerning my multi-night stay. Almost instantly, an adjustment was made to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room is big, clean, and very nice. The dark wood furniture always looks good. Every amenity you could need, with a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom is pretty nice and has a tub. Pool, sauna, workout room, this place has it all

No real complaints. There wasn't a hot breakfast, but it's under renovation, so that's understandable. The AC has a bit of a rattle, but the sound kinda helped me sleep, so no big deal

Two huge beds, coffe mashine in the room, big bottles of shampoo and conditioner )as small most of the time not enough...here was both big and small !!! And sauna as facilities..thanks - we like that all

sintepon / poliester synthetic pillows feels too large in volume , shape not bendable and too bouncy, not really comfy for the neck and was not easy to create needed shape ; same for the synthetic blankets - was too hot under them , because the polyester not brethable material --not complaining- just personal opinion!! otherwise everything was good in the hotel )) during our stay

The Best Western Mariposa is in a fantastic location. It is very close to downtown and the beautiful lakeside park. It is also a very quick drive to Casino Rama. The greenspace around the hotel is very nice for sitting out, especially under the gazebo. The staff could not be nicer. We have been here several times and will continue to do so in the future!

This is a very nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating from the start. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Breakfast with hot food is always a plus. Great location. Will be coming back

Honestly breakfast used to be way better it was a buffet now it's literally one lady running a restaurant with no tips and rude travelers

No Support for front desk they are the ones running your business dealing with everything and everyone

I think location is perfect as it was close to shopping, dining and not to far to travel to the Casino. Breakfast was great. Loved the room size and sleeping was comfortable. Next time we will try the pool and hottub. We were not prepared for that.

The hotel is located in a nice and secure area, quiet and close to most attractions and areas of interest. Great place to stay for fun or business.

Parking got crowded due to a wedding event and had a hard time finding a free spot.

The older gentleman at the front desk was so kind and funny. The hot tub was nice and warm. The staff was exceptionally friendly! The breakfast was superb also!

Breakfast hours stopped b fast at 930 when u om vacation 10 would b a better time or 1030.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good size bathroom!

Extremely expensive for the stay! I know it was a busy weekend in the city but compared to normal prices, it was very high.
