LOCATION - It's at the end of the town, quiet, not noisy. Can reach till entrance with car. The hotel building is above the three bells of fira and blue dome can be seen but need to go round about to reach the three bells - about 5 to 7 minutes walk STAFF - They were really accommodating. We left our luggage for 2 days before checking in. They messaged us saying the room was ready if we wanted to check in early. Accommodated us for early breakfast since we had to leave at 7.30 am. Also smiling. Though not many frills otherwise CLEANLINESS - Very good ROOM - Good, airy with basic amenities like fridge and kettle BATHROOM - Basic toiletries, good shower pressure, drainage average as on island BREAKFAST- Basic limited edible breakfast. We were given packed breakfast early as we had to take the ferry in the morning TERRACE - Can see caldera, volcano, sunset and sunrise. It's small but cute

LOCATION - Although very good views of the caldera and volcano, we had a great difficulty in finding the hotel to keep our luggage. We went around the area twice before we could find the hotel. About 20 minutes walk from fira bus station with slight elevation POOL - it's on the terrace but small, not heated, too many dead insects, not usable BALCONY - It was very small and felt claustrophobic. We were unhappy because we couldn't enjoy the great views from our room which is why we had booked the hotel

This apartment was absolutely perfect – truly one of a kind! The view was beyond breathtaking – the most beautiful I have ever seen, and unlike anything else anywhere in the world. Every sunset felt like a private show just for us. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed – stylish, clean, and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The location was ideal – close to everything, yet peaceful and private. Having a parking spot was a huge plus, especially on Santorini, and the little pool was the cherry on top – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was a magical experience, and we’re already dreaming of coming back!

Our stay at Kafieris View was amazing. The host Nikos is incredible with communication and recommendations on places to eat and activities on the island. The rooms are lovely and clean and the pool area is bigger than the pictures show. We got the breakfast which was simple but great and delivered to your door whenever you like. Nikos was also very helpful in organising transport to and from the airport/ferry. The accomodation is at the top of the hill so you have an amazing view, and no other buildings look down over your balcony/the pool.

Wifi was a little weak at times but loved everything else!

It‘s the service, it‘s how their treat their guests. They go beyond service, most especially Nikos ;), you are exceptional and the best all over Santorini. You are very welcoming and accomodating to our requests. It is very appreciated. So aside from that you have the best view all over Santorini, breakfast serve at your room and having it at the balcony with the Caldera at your front. This is a rare-find. So don‘t hesitate to book if you are reading this. You will sure have a great time staying here. P.S The Three Bells of Fira is at your reach. Literally you can watch them taking pictures from the hotel. And the view at the Terrace is also rewarding. They have the highest viewpoint. ;)

The sea-side view is definitely worth it. We enjoyed staying in our private balcony watching the sunset (plus its shaded from the intensive sun in July). Also eating breakfast at the balcony was divine experience. Room was very clean with great view (lots of tourist come to the area to take photos of Fira, but our private and shared rooftop provides the best view of the city). Staff is super friendly and would recommend trying their cruise recommendation (it was great experience to swim in ocean)

There are 2 rooms with ocean view in the hotel. Our one didn't have window in bathroom; so it had subtle humid smell (but they offer daily cleaning which isn't a problem).

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. - a good value for money accommodation choice in Firostefani area - location with panoramic sea views - quiet area - wonderful rooftop hotel terrace - the facilities are kept clean everywhere

- this place is a bit far from the centre of Fira - some of the facilities need renovation - the internet speed is sketchy at times, especially during morning and eve hours - not all rooms have views

Kafieris View offered an exceptional stay in Santorini. The highlight was definitely the terrace, providing breathtaking caldera views that were simply unforgettable, especially at sunset. Despite being right in the bustling center of Fira, the hotel environment felt surprisingly peaceful and quiet, offering a perfect escape. This central location was incredibly convenient for exploring the town, accessing shops, and finding restaurants easily. It perfectly balanced tranquility with prime accessibility. Highly recommended for anyone wanting stunning views and a central yet serene base in Fira.

We have loved our 3 night stay here during off season (April). Owner was very welcoming, friendly and recommended lots of places. We had a jacuzzi in the courtyard running 24/7 while temperatures outside were 15-23 degrees. the jacuzzi was always warm and clean. The room had everything needed, coffee, tea, sugar, fridge, variety of pillows (soft and hard), AC, TV with Netflix, towels, hot water worked perfectly and everything was clean. Rooftop is better than the restaurants you see down, as it's one of the highest points in Fira. The walk to Fira centre takes 10-15 minutes and it's lovely I'm glad I could see it every day, it's not hard or steep as some comments pointed out. We came here after staying 3 days in Athens in a 4 star hotel and this was waaay better. Nikos made our Santorini stay so much better. Thanks Nikos, we won't forget our stay! 💖 We wish you the best and we will come back!

Everything was excellent!. But a suggestion to make it slightly better is to have a toilet paper hanger and another stool or chair next to the table/counter.

The view from the room over the caldera was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is a little bit away from the main areas in Fira (5-10 min walk) but that also helped keep the outside noise down. The staff is very helpful and thoughtful with planning any bookings and answering questions. One day I had to leave early before the breakfast time and they went out of their way to prepare mine extra early and brought it over which was very kind of them.

The bathroom is very small but mainly the shower. Shower head was very low and if angled up too much water gets all over the bathroom floor since there is only a shower curtain that doesn't quite reach the floor to keep the water in. The wifi was not usable in the room. Either did not connect or when it did the signal was too weak to load anything.

The property is in a great location. We stayed in a suite with a jetted tub and sea view, which was amazing as we could use these facilities when it was windy on a couple of days. The room was clean, modern and bright and breakfast was brought to us each morning. The roof terrace was a nice quiet area to enjoy the views also.

Nothing major stands out, however the balcony area would have benefited from a slightly better seating arrangement, especially as this is where we ate breakfast (but we understand there are space constraints). The breakfast was slightly basic on one of the days, however the majority of them were tasty and a good start to the day.
