I really liked that the rooms were so clean and they they actually cared.

I was not happy we did not get our room till about 6pm and then when we did I went to the room and the keys did not work. My room was supposed to be a 2 queen suite but it was a king with a pull out bed. It did work out but with them being very short staffing was the issue. Also one of our families had booked rooms and got to the hotel and they couldn’t find their reservation which was very disappointing!!

Clean exterior and interior.

Room was clean besides a left grocery bag from my guess is previous clients which made me question how clean the room really was. There was also a slight smell of smoke which went away after a while.

This was a great location for us to get everywhere we needed to go without traveling a great distance. The hotel was quiet at night and the rooms were clean.

My only complaint is that the bathroom by the swimming pool was out of hand soap and paper towels.

I thought the room and it's decor was very nice. My friend and I enjoyed the accommodations and we were safe at the location.

When my husband booked the room for us, he was told the breakfast was included. Not true. Also, my friend is an avid swimmer and we didn't know the pool was closed.

the pool was open late so we could go later in the evening, the room was really big so it was really convenient we booked our room for 3 people but had 2 more people show up and they were also able to stay in our room for no extra charge. the morning room service was really nice so everything was cleaned. and the selection of snacks were really nice too if we wanted something to drink or snack on we could, ice machines on every floor. Etc... it goes on.

we came for breakfast maybe 20 minutes before it ended so maybe why there wasn't a big selection to eat because it looked like a lot of it was gone. We were going to add a night but it was already booked for the next people to stay at so they said we would have to make a completely different booking and we would have to swap rooms. Other than that is was great!

The hotel is clean and the room size (suite) was excellent.

The kids in the room above us using the room as a race track until after ten pm then listening to one of them cry until 3 am after seeming to have fallen off the bed.

No dishes or utensils in the kitchenette Pool access door from outside did not have a functioning key fob Shower in pool area not working Shaving/hair in the tub . Very tiny but easily seen at close proximity

The front desk staff Brandon did an amazing job. Very friendly greeting, knew about the area, did just a really nice stand up job and I had a great conversation with him. Extremely impressed with him !

Our room wasn't what we booked, but Mark went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

Only 1 elevator was working, so it took some time to get up and down. But you can't control when things break, it was understandable!

Overall very nice, clean and staff was great

It's seems that the room on the website didn't have what was pictured. I booked a handicapped accessible room for the shower with a shower seat but there wasn't one
