Beautifully and artistically appointed historic building in a wonderful location. It was "2nd floor" but to fellow Americans, please note that in Europe, 2nd floor is not the same as in the States. (8 to 10 flights of stairs up - fine for us as we appreciate the exercise but important to note if it could be an issue for some). Our rooms were beautiful. One room had a very large and separate shower while the.other had a small shower, quite typical in European properties. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure and toiletries, hair dryers, etc provided. The hostess/concierge, Nalla, was a joy! Very little English but with a translation app we both communicated well. She always went above and beyond in answering questions and providing recommendations. Would absolutely stay there again when in Florence!

The lift is very small and persnickety. Fine for me but for some it could be an issue

If you guys are looking for a place to stay in rome, where the location is way more than perfect, best location for shopping, clean, warm and comfortable rooms, I highly recommend Rezidenza Al Corso. Also Mikela, the lady at the reception was an angel with each one of us(group of 9 people), very helpful with everything we needed and such a positive person. In the beginning we got a bit confused about the entrance of the residence, but the owner took care of it by guiding us and was responding to us really fast. Next time I visit Rome i would definitely return to this place.😃

The location was very central and an easy walk to my conference location at the Academia Belgica. The accommodations were clean and mostly quiet. The staff were friendly and patient with my lack of Italian language skills. The room was larger than I expected and was comfortable and clean, although I wish I had noticed that there wasn't a desk beforehand.

The wifi was terrible. The wifi signal strength appeared strong, but the internet was extremely slow and I was unable to stream or download and ended up using a personal hotspot.

- The location: It was amazing (very close to Piazza del Popolo) - Very helpful host - It was pretty quiet considering the location (on the main road) - Loved walking around the area. The vibe, cafes, shops...etc - There was a Antico Vinaio across road

We booked the Quadruple room: The bathroom was very small for 4 people (manageable for a short stay) Wifi was terrible - maybe due to those thick walls that prevent signal coming through to the rooms

I like the location as it is in the center and walking distance from most of the places I wanted to visit. Host is friendly and helpful if you speak a little Italian but she has difficulty understanding English.

The facilities in the room. I may not have read all the description of what is in the room but I missed having a water cooker, I like to have hot water drink at night or tea. The only hotel I have stayed that there is no coffee or tea making facility The bathroom in the quadruple room has a bidet but difficult to sit as there is not enough room for your leg. Another thing I did not like is that we put a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign outside the door, they still enter and did the cleaning. This happens every day of our stay.

The location was great. Most places that we wanted to go were within walking distance. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants were close by. The room was very spacious and clean. Although limited in English language the staff was very friendly and helpful

The twin beds mattresses were kind of thin and not real comfortable. The street noise was loud at times. However the excellent windows when closed blocked noise extremely well so night noise did not affect sleep if the windows were closed.

Location near Piazza del Popolo/Spanish Steps and a short walk to the metro was convenient, host was friendly and helpful (communication is better if you speak some Italian, thankfully I did), there was an elevator instead of having to drag your luggage up flights of stairs, room was large and clean, felt safe.

The only thing is that I wanted to sleep with the window open for some fresh air, and outside was a bit louder than expected. But not the hotel's fault.

Comfortable, old fashioned, high ceiling rooms at the heart of Rome. Location is just perfect. It was quiet, comfortable, easy and clean. Some nice antiques.

There is no breakfast, which is ok but an espresso machine would have been appreciated!

Lovely room and so unbelievably quiet given its central location on second floor of an old building . Bed and furnishings were great 👍

Nothing not to like. . although the pink bathroom suite was a surprise 😅 added to the rooms authenticity

The hostess was lovely and took care of us so well, the location was amazing with less than 50 meters from Piaza Del Poplo. I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and felt safe and location within walking distance to most of the landmarks.
