My wife and I spent 4 days here and it was FANTASTIC!!! We absolutely loved it and raved about it to all our friends and family!! Our room was perfect, clean with ice cold air conditioning and our TV and Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. The hotel is located just down the street from the Main Bus Terminal and many great restaurants and just blocks away from the Coloseum. The hotel staff were super friendly and every morning YOU decide when you want your BIG breakfast brought to your room. Like I said, this is the BEST KEPT SECRET IN ITALY!! We loved it here and will be back for sure. I hope this helps you in making your decision or providing it to a friend. Enjoy your trip to Italy!! PS. Bring sunscreen and cellphone portable battery charger.

It's very hot in August

Just 2 minute walk from Termini in a very busy and energetic part of Rome you will find this sweet little oasis on the 3rd floor of a large building. It is not very well marked from the street being my only concern but that’s just the first time. The staff are lovely, amenities include a sauna, coffee, water machine and great location.

Just be careful to arrive in the correct location as it is not cleverly marked on the street.

The room was cozy and met our needs although we didn't spend much time in it :) Great location within easy walking distance to Roma Termini train station. The in-room breakfast, with fresh coffee, was wonderful and perfectly met our needs. One breakfast was made available to us the night before as we had an early tour. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The buildings common elevator was small and was not available (out of order) one day. We always used the stairs anyway but the last day we had to lug our luggage down 3 flights.

Place always very clean and quiet.

Nobody at the reception and poor communication before arriving on how the "hotel works. Will have been easier ahead of arrival to say that nobody os present and reach out ro a What App group chat to set up appointment.

Fantastic location - easy walk to Termini, a number of restaurants, Colosseum, Trevi etc. Flexibility around our check-in time and ability to leave luggage - staff were very helpful Room had everything needed to allow us to relax Easy check-in and checkout and we felt safe in this hotel

Construction noise - appreciate this likely isn't the hotel's fault but it started pretty early in the day and didn't stop, making a lay-in impossible on our relaxing day. Our window also struggled to block noise from the road- it sounded like it was open even though it was closed.

Excellent location. Less than 5minute walk to bus/ train station and within 15-20mins walk of the colosseum/ roman forum and Trevi Fountain. There are a few nice breakfeast cafes nearby also that we went too. The boutique style was gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff had a Christmas decoration with a Christmas sock and tinsel over the electrical fireplace and the Stone Style shower added a lot of flavour to the room. The staff were all so friendly too throughout our stay.

When we returned late one night the buzzer wouldn’t work and we had to buzz another floor for one of their staff to let us in. I think our buzzer should have automatically opened the door but it didn’t on that occasion. The bed was two mattresses on one bed frame. We would have preferred if it was one as it kept separating during the night.

Loved the emotional shower, good bathroom supplies, good location, very handy to train station and all major sights walking distance. Very quiet

Amazing stay! Elena was lovely, the rooms were spotless and freshly cleaned everyday, there was lots of little additions that they provided that just made the stay all that much better such as a little welcome note and bottle of wine, and when we where leaving there was a little bottle of olive oil and Italian spaghetti for us to take home with us. The facilities were fantastic, jacuzzi bath in the room was amazing and the bathroom and shower was equally as good. The only little fault was the double bed being two single beds as I kept slipping in between them at night while I was sleeping but regardless the bed was still comfortable and I can understand why this was the case incase someone requires twin beds instead of a double bed. But all in all we had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Loved everything about the room. Location was good near train station where we wanted to be and close enough for us to walk to most places. Staff there are so helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the TV and help was there instantly. Couldn’t be fixed immediately but they called someone out first thing the next day. Only wanted atV to see some Olympic events. Enjoyed small gifts to take with us each day making it a little more personal and special,

Such good staff really good location.

The day we arrived the water wasn’t working for 24hours due to construction on the street. The staff were great and moved us to another room. We moved back to our original room afterwards. The staff were so good even tho things happen out of there control. Definitely would stay again.
