My wife and I spent 4 days here and it was FANTASTIC!!! We absolutely loved it and raved about it to all our friends and family!! Our room was perfect, clean with ice cold air conditioning and our TV and Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. The hotel is located just down the street from the Main Bus Terminal and many great restaurants and just blocks away from the Coloseum. The hotel staff were super friendly and every morning YOU decide when you want your BIG breakfast brought to your room. Like I said, this is the BEST KEPT SECRET IN ITALY!! We loved it here and will be back for sure. I hope this helps you in making your decision or providing it to a friend. Enjoy your trip to Italy!! PS. Bring sunscreen and cellphone portable battery charger.

It's very hot in August

Just 2 minute walk from Termini in a very busy and energetic part of Rome you will find this sweet little oasis on the 3rd floor of a large building. It is not very well marked from the street being my only concern but that’s just the first time. The staff are lovely, amenities include a sauna, coffee, water machine and great location.

Just be careful to arrive in the correct location as it is not cleverly marked on the street.

The room was cozy and met our needs although we didn't spend much time in it :) Great location within easy walking distance to Roma Termini train station. The in-room breakfast, with fresh coffee, was wonderful and perfectly met our needs. One breakfast was made available to us the night before as we had an early tour. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The buildings common elevator was small and was not available (out of order) one day. We always used the stairs anyway but the last day we had to lug our luggage down 3 flights.

Place always very clean and quiet.

Nobody at the reception and poor communication before arriving on how the "hotel works. Will have been easier ahead of arrival to say that nobody os present and reach out ro a What App group chat to set up appointment.

Property was walking distance to majority of the landmarks and clean. We were even gifted with pasta and olive oil to take home which was a beautiful gesture- Thank you! There is no reception staff available 24/7 and even during business hours we were unable to see them, which may be an issue to some however it did not bother us as there was cctv available. There is also filtered still and sparkling water available on tap which is accessible to guests which we loved!

The elevator in the building is very old and can be very slow also not allowing for multiple people and bags to get on at the same time so you do need to wait now and then however luckily it’s just the 3rd floor so you can use the stairs.

The staff were very gracious and accomodating. Availability of coffee machine with well stocked Pods was wonderful. Centrally located, close to trains and buses. Walking distance to great food in Monti and around the corner to nice restaurants. Building is very old, but charming. Lift is small but effective. Functional bathroom with good quality toiletries. Adequate simple breakfast brought to the room, or served in common area. A gift from management show casing local wine and produce was a really nice extra. Bed was very comfortable.

Road works outside our street facing window and constant traffic noise.

Fantastic location - easy walk to Termini, a number of restaurants, Colosseum, Trevi etc. Flexibility around our check-in time and ability to leave luggage - staff were very helpful Room had everything needed to allow us to relax Easy check-in and checkout and we felt safe in this hotel

Construction noise - appreciate this likely isn't the hotel's fault but it started pretty early in the day and didn't stop, making a lay-in impossible on our relaxing day. Our window also struggled to block noise from the road- it sounded like it was open even though it was closed.

Excellent location. Less than 5minute walk to bus/ train station and within 15-20mins walk of the colosseum/ roman forum and Trevi Fountain. There are a few nice breakfeast cafes nearby also that we went too. The boutique style was gorgeous and very comfortable. The staff had a Christmas decoration with a Christmas sock and tinsel over the electrical fireplace and the Stone Style shower added a lot of flavour to the room. The staff were all so friendly too throughout our stay.

When we returned late one night the buzzer wouldn’t work and we had to buzz another floor for one of their staff to let us in. I think our buzzer should have automatically opened the door but it didn’t on that occasion. The bed was two mattresses on one bed frame. We would have preferred if it was one as it kept separating during the night.

Loved the emotional shower, good bathroom supplies, good location, very handy to train station and all major sights walking distance. Very quiet

Lovely place with excellent location near Roma Termini. Only a few minutes walk away. The room was spacious, with a big and comfortable bed and a bubble bath. The aircon was great as well as the temperature in the city was really hot at the time. The staff were lovely and so welcoming and even left us small gifts! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Rome.
