Nice modern hotel in a good location with very friendly staff and good food. Good balcony and great view from the room which was light and airy.

No fridge in room and safe too small for a laptop.

Fantastic service! Radu and his sister were brilliant! Breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable.

Noise overnight given proximity to train station and taxi rank (and late night revellers leaving the pub at 3am!)

The property was modern and well styled! I also enjoyed the fact that we could walk everywhere because it was right in the city centre.

At night it would become very nosy at the front. Their would be people screaming and a lorry was unloading like his life depended on it. Due to the warm weather we needed to keep the windows open, there was no airconditioning.

Good sized room with large bed, lovely bathroom and separate toilet. Great location and discount for some restaurants in the village.

Slightly disappointed that the Rail Replacement Bus stop was directly out the door of the hotel, so often had to ask people to move to access the door and key pad. Also often people smoking in the queue wafted in the windows. With so many bus stops opposite, it’s a shame that the people and bus weren’t put on the other side of the street. This isn’t in the control of the Hotel so can’t be helped.

Great location, we loved the roof top terrace as we are a family of 5, and the roof top terrace was a place where we could all get together, sit and enjoy the beautiful views.

As great the location is to be placed exactly at the train station, for some this could be noisy. But after a long active day - occasional trains did not bother us as much.

Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed a little bit too soft for my taste but comfy.

Noise. The rooms are facing the train station and bus station. Under our window there was the bus stop, so there was quite a lot of noise early in the morning. I guess in winter this is irrelevant because the room was really good isolated and you couldn't hear anything with the window closed, but in summer it was too hot to sleep with the window closed and no fun to wake up at 6:30 during your holidays. Sauna only opened at 16h.

Hotel was easy access to public transport and great views

Being next door to the sauna it was very warm in the room, we struggled to cool it down and had to leave the balcony door open

Almost everything. Staff was brilliant and so was everything else - location, facilities, comfort etc. Just one tiny suggestion below.

Wall paint needs some refreshing.

Had to pay for public parking as the hotel doesn't offer any.
