Love the Sea View and watching the world go by. We had Room 47. Lounge with Kitchenette. And three bedrooms, double with walk in Shower and bathroom and two further bedrooms, one double and a twin. To add, Lovely lady changed our room as my Dad has Parkinson’s and originally we were given a huge apartment with kitchen but Dad couldn’t make it down the stairs. Very much appreciated. Love room 47 and would definitely ask for that room again. Also pet friendly so we took my little dog Pippa who also enjoyed walking along the sea front x Not far from town 5 minute walk.
We were originally put in a basement room which we were upgraded to it was huge and not accessible for my elderly father. I asked at reception lovely lady changed our room. But when checking out another lady asked me why we were in a different room and didn’t look very happy about that.

I loved the poem in the hotel lift so here is one in return: A Heartfelt Review In a place where dreams are woven fine, I found a haven so divine. A hotel stay that stole my heart, Each moment crafted, a work of art. From dawn’s first light to evening’s grace, This sanctuary, a perfect place. The staff, a chorus of kind delight, Made my stay feel just right. The rooms were pristine, a cozy nest, Where weary travelers find their rest. Soft linens, plush pillows, so serene, In comfort’s embrace, a peaceful scene. The breakfast spread, a feast so grand, With flavors from every land. Each bite a symphony of taste, No morsel left to waste. With views that took my breath away, The sea, the sun, the break of day. A canvas painted bright and true, In colors only nature knew. I pen this review with a grateful heart, For a stay that set itself apart. To the kind hosts who made it so, My heartfelt thanks, I hope you know.

I got there reasonably early and parking for my motorcycle was fine. I had a great room, more like a suite with a sea view. This was possibly because they had a conference group staying and I was moved a few doors down? The bar area was good with comfy chairs and sea views - even though the conference people were ensconced I got a see-view chair. The buffet style breakfast was OK - I've got used to ordering freshly cooked. :-) - but everything was there and being replenished. The breakfast room was a bit souless but I suppose this is the downside of having a large hotel?
Nothing really. The receptionist was a bit off-hand both on arrival and departure.

Everything about this place was amazing , from the friendly staff when we first entered, to how smooth everything was! The beds were soooo comfortable!! The location was perfect, only 10mins walk from train station. The staff were so helpful and friendly esp at breakfast time too. The service was great, our room was ready so they allowed us early check in and they allowed us to to leave our luggage after check out while we continued to explore Aberystwyth before our train came. Family absolutely loved it!

We had a room with a sea view and it was just beautiful. I loved the old-fashioned style, and the location is great. You're in the very centre of the city, right on the sea, and you can enjoy a beer on the pier or a very good breakfast and an ice cream at the kiosk nearby. Moreover, you have a free car park! Just be sure to park the car before the check-in (it's behind the Hotel, on Queen's Road). You can enter your car's verification number at the reception desk, at the moment of the check-in.

The hotel is situated on the front so it's in a great location. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. WE got a superior room and it was bit quirky but everything worked and we slept well. WE had a a bar snack in the evening which was nice and the breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
We booked the hotel on the basis it had a car park but when we arrived, it was full, I did manage to park in the end but I would say to other guests to arrive early to get a space.

The atmosphere, the location and the people made this excellent for me.
Dinner: Could have done with better range of condiments to suit more spicey tastes e.g. hot pepper or chilli sauce, chutneys etc; Breakfast: Would have liked wider range of fresh fruit/fruit salad, greek or natural yoghourt. Choice of scrambled egg as standard and cold options e.g. hard boiled eggs and cheeses. A toast-making machine for customers to serve themselves would be a plus and choice of breads.

Didn’t have breakfast, should have booked through the hotel, when breakfast would have been included. Had lovely room on 2nd floor with view onto the promenade. Was happy watching the people and tide coming and going!
Had Jacuzzi in our room, which we didn’t use as we were only there 2 days, but had to use the shower in it, and did find it awkward to get in and out, maybe a hand rail or grab rail to help. But otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Lovely clean room with a beautiful view across the bay. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. My two evening meals were very good indeed, better than I had anticipated. There were plenty of staff available at breakfast, in reception and in the bar/restaurant, and all were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel seemed clean and well maintained. Unlike some reviewers I was not expecting a five star service from a three star hotel.
Can’t fault the staff, the food, the cleanliness or the service. The TV had a slight fault on the screen but was watchable.

The location, the friendly staff, close parking and access to a spa. We booked a spacious family room. The beds were very comfortable. All the staff we met were helpful. Fans were provided as the weather was hot.
Our room was at the back of the hotel so not the greatest view but we booked last minute. As an older building parts felt a little 'tired' and the shower was noisy. All part of staying in a character property though.
