Breakfast was great! The fruit preserves were delicious. Lot of variety: different kinds of bread, cereal, cold cuts, fruits, hot milk, hot chocolate, juice. The staff were very friendly. We were able to check in late (entrance is through the automatic sliding doors, a few steps from the righthand side of the grand monastery doors). There was a grocery store about one block away. The pilgrimage site is very close. There is Mass everyday in the chapel on the second floor (accessed through the stairs near the dining room). The Dominican sisters are very friendly and the chapel is beautiful.

Perfect location in the city for stay and for access to locations for dining, touring, shopping! Breakfast and dining experience was perfect, tasty, quantity and pricing as well. Breakfast was included in our option, was perfect! Dinner was amazing too! Staff very helpful.

Though we figured it out, would suggest that the requirement to make dinner reservations be communicated to guests upon arrival, as well as have the hours for breakfast and dining visibly indicated.

Breakfast was very good - variety of meats/cheese and breads with good coffee and orange juice. Space was very pleasant and timing worked very well.

Our two rooms were in separate wings on separate floors which made sharing things like shampoo (like we had been to minimize packing) very difficult. Since we'd requested to be very close, this was disappointing. They were very busy and full, but I probably would have reserved somewhere else had I known how far apart the rooms would be.

Gorgeous building perfectly located. My room was super clean, warm, quiet and comfortable. Lovely salons to sit in too. Loved it.

breakfast could be improved with some more healthier options as it's all wheat based - a boiled egg would be great - but everyone else was happy so it's not a deal breaker in the least

Breakfast was adequate for the price. The price paid was of great value considering the comfort and cleanliness of the property, I especially liked the chapel for prayers and mass. It was located near enough to the Fatima Shrine. I came mainly as a pilgrim.

The location was just a 10 minute walk to the Sanctuary through the town. (After drinking a latte at a wonderful Italian pastry cafe) on the way. It’s a great location- five minutes in the other direction are the Stations of the Cross, which are beautifully set in fields of olive trees. The hotel is simple but a great value and a great location. Staffers at the front desk are lovely and helpful.

Hotel is a little dated and could do with more power outlets. Bed was comfortable and place great value
