The girl on reception was wonderful and really cooperated when we asked to see various rooms before we decided which one we wanted. However, the manager told us if we wanted to view an apartment we were obliged to take it which we thought was a bit strange.

Parking was not overly secure and outside but within a courtyard next to the building. The reception area is old and tired and ugly but the rooms have been recently refurbished so were a pleasant surprise after the reception area!

Centrally located hotel with parking and easy walking distance to centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a reasonable size with comfortable beds. En suite was small but functional. Breakfast was OK.

Although I had pre-booked parking, and luckily had the confirmation to prove it, the hotel staff initially told us that parking was full and we would have to use public parking (not good with motorcycles). I had to be quite insistent, and finally, a small parking space was found that we could squeeze into. Staff then asked us to move again due to the inability of another guest to drive properly. This was eventually resolved by refusing to move and guiding the other guest into a parking space. Not what we needed after a long day travelling.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk into the old historic centre full of beautiful buildings, restaurants, bars and cafes. The room was a family room, split into two bedrooms which was great (adults in one, children in the other). The breakfast was simple but was more than adequate with good coffee and food options.

A very small point really as the room was good, but the bathroom was quite small for a family of 4. However, the shower was excellent and it wouldn't put me off staying there again in the future.

A nice welcome at the front desk! We were given a great map of Troyes that included a walking tour and sites that were interesting to see. The front desk person gave us good instructions how to get to the inner town our room was comfortable. It was very easy to come back back-and-forth because it was so close to the town. Breakfast was nice, and we were helped by Jeremy. The bed was comfortable with good linens. The shower worked great!

We were given a new huge room outside the main hotel and thought it was wonderful. It was very well equipped. The hotel has bookable parking which is essential in Troyes. It’s just outside the medieval centre but a very short walk to all the restaurants.

A very slippery bath/shower and the soap dispensers were all up high so you had to stand up to access them. We couldn’t use the second shower because we couldn’t work out how it worked and there were no instructions.

Very comfy bed and room. Secure parking for my motorcycle in a garage (9 Euros). Easy walking to the centre of Troyes. Excellent support from the night manager when I had to leave at midnight due to an emergency at home.

I had to leave at midnight because of an emergency at home, and would've preferred to have had the key to the garage to get my motorcycle out rather than have to wake up the night manager to allow me to leave.

The Logis is well situated for exploring the medieval city of Troyes (pronounced Trois). Reception provided a walking map which followed a route marked out on the city streets with discreet arrows so easy to follow. The hotel has everything you need - a comfortable bed, opening window, excellent shower, good breakfast, friendly reception staff who speak English. There a many good restaurants nearby but advisable to book. Reception also provided a kettle. Parking is on site and very secure. There are even some electric car charging points.

Not much. Decor is a bit basic, but I wouldn't expect more for the price

This hotel is situated perfectly for exploring the city yet in a quiet street. The bed was very comfortable, the shower good, the room was dark and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and available over a good range of time. Excellent value for money.

There is nothing to complain about given the price! Perhaps better quality towels? Would stay again though.

Great location minutes walk from the historic heart of city. Easily accessible secure parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value continental breakfast. Family room was two interconnecting rooms each with shower room so more spacious than usual and great value. Clean basic rooms, perfect for a stopover in this beautiful city. Would definitely return.

Not much at all as such good value cant expect more at this price. Bed not as comfortable as hoped (a topper would easily improve it) but didn’t disturb sleep. Everything else more than makes up for it!

It's a brilliant stop over in Troyes as you can just walk 300mtrs and you're in the centre of Troyes, with its restaurants and bars a few steps away from everything around. I've stayed at Hotel du Cirque many times with my girlfriend and it's our favourite stop over before heading to our next journey into France...
