Clean, no odors, esthetically pleasant, loved the black-out curtains, staff was very friendly, loved the pool/spa 24 hour access. Near the freeway and downtown so it was easy to get around and do everything we planned during our trip.

Maybe views would have been better on the east side facing the mountains, but my view was an empty lot and construction. Not too concerned tho as we weren't there for the views. Reading light was out, but used the bedside lamp. Didn't seem like there was casting capabilities for the TV so just used my computer to watch the a movie.Did get a kink in my neck from the feather pillows, but I am fussy with my pillows and should have just traveled with my own.

The lady who was at the front desk when I checked in as extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful. It had been a long day at the airport, due to the Microsoft update issue, and she got everyone in quickly. This allowed me to get extra precious moments of sleep. She was also able to give me a toothbrush, etc since mine we in my suitcase at the airport.

Could have cost less.

The reception staff are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and super clean. What could certainly be improved is the quality of breakfast, especialy the coffee is terrible.

The room was clean and spacious

I didn't like the house keeping lady knocking at my door at 930am when check out isn't until noon. I thought that was rather rude. Gor the money we paid the beds were very cheap and uncomfortable and we didn't sleep very well.

No continental breakfast for the price we paid. You had to pay for breakfast.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It is located in a convenient area - walking distance from downtown. Even though we did not use it, I really liked the fact the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours.

I recommend not paying for the breakfast to be included. The waiter did not want people to sit at the tables and asked people to sit at the bar. I prefer a table, so we requested to sit at one of the many open tables. Then, the waiter claimed they 'ran out' of potatoes that are included in each breakfast. He offered bacon or sausage, and my friend and asked if we could have a pancake instead. When he came back, they miraculously found potatoes. It was not a good experience, and I wish we had left the hotel to have breakfast somewhere else.

Clean rooms, pool was nice, staff are all super friendly and kind, waiter at the restaurant was super attentive and great

Hot tub wasn't very hot, restaurant didn't have a lot of choices.

The hotels was very clean. Room was a nice size. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Very clean feeling. Breakfast was incredible and service was fantastic

Room was large and comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful. Our flight was delayed 6 hrs but the staff were very understanding. They looked after our luggage and let us use the pool and spa after we'd checked out of the room.

Nothing to dislike

Very friendly staff, helpful. Rooms clean. Very impressive housekeeping. Free water was appreciated. Bed and bedding very comfortable.

The a/c was super cold, too cold. The breakfast was a tiny bit off. Big toaster wasn’t working.
