i was very happy with the personnel at the front desk from the very beginning and throughout my stay to the last day. They were knowledgeable, skillful, expedient, and personable at all times. The hotel was in excellent order, as well as the room was well furnished and very clean. As a matter of fact, on the first day when i discovered the microwave wasn't working the front desk had a staff member come up directly, check it out and come back with a new working microwave in quick order. A big thanks for the great accommodations and service.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to choose from. The staff were all warm and welcoming, and I want to especially thank Lucia at the front desk for being incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Her attentive service truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

The location, the staff, the breakfast was really good.

The pool was closed, and that was one of the reasons why we booked there. The “gym “ was located in one of the hotel rooms, very tiny, a few dumbbells. The cardio equipment was in another room, very small space, fortunately there is a gym 3 minutes drive from the hotel.

I like that staff are very friendly.. Bed is very soft and comfortable. Price is very affordable for the king size bed that you are getting. You have an option to park at the underground parking but we opt to park near the entrance so it is easy to access if we need to leave

Was hoping there was some kind of slippers because floor is cold in the bathroom and some complimentary toothbrush. I was also hoping that they would have room service in the future

Very sad to find out the pool/hot tub were not functioning, disappointing to find out in an email after making a non-refundable booking and choosing that hotel specifically because there was a pool/hot tub. Didn’t destroy the weekend but definitely a disappointment.

The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and assisted me in every possible way. When my payment method was rejected, they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I sincerely hope they won't face any repercussions for that.

It would've been nice if the breakfast was included in the overall price of the room, but the extra $12 wasn't bad. The food was very good and the service was very good as well. Definitely worth the extra cost.

Location was great, close by stores. Bedding was clean and bed was comfortable.

The parking wasn’t as good for someone pulling a trailer. Parking was tight.

AC unit, location was okay, and the coffee machine was a bit dirty.
