Pineapple guesthouse is a perfectly balanced combination of comfort, secure accommodation, price+ location and infrastructure ( a range of supermarkets, shops, good quality cafes and restaurants 1-2 minutes.....even just in front.....very near) friendly and professional attitude of cleaning woman! Looks it's my second staying here.... There is no noise after 20-00....but if you need to eat... Or overnight bar., ... It's just 4 -5 minutes walking... A very secure and relaxing area, very cozy guesthouse! Any questions you can address to The manager (or anyone who is on reception), a very friendly pleasant person Leika! She really takes care about her guests, just believe,I know it by practice!!!... And she does everything right from the heart! All photos of room are original! No ants.... No any insects. Even sand... A very clean guesthouse! The beach Karon is 5-7 minutes walking! Definitely recommend it highly to everybody)

Our accomodation was beyond our expectations. It was our oasis in hot seaside town. Conditioning allowed to have great rest in the noon. Cleaning woman kept our room in total cleaness. The location is the best as possible. 8 minutes to the best place in the beach (the least crouded). Recommend this room aspecially for long stay. The administration (Steve and Lek) resolve all the questions in favour of guests. Thank you very much! We undoubtly will be back

No way - everything was excellent!

Very clean and fresh, and the staff made me feel like family. They were friendly and generous, and even invited me to eat with them. My room was simple but thoughtful. I was sad to move on! A fantastic Russian restaurant, Chekhoff’s is next door. They provide laundry service, and an ATM is across the street. Veeeeery close to the beach, but far enough away to be spared the fireworks they sell at night.

Signage could be more clear. I arrive late and was looking for the bell on the wrong side o the street from where the main Pineapple sign is. The hotel is split into two buildings. I didn’t realize I could borrow/share beach items on a shelf until I left. A simple sign would be very helpful! Traffic noise could be an issue if you’re sensitive. This area is very busy.

This room was very quiet and quite modern with closet and many surfaces and with a balcony. Very clean. Comfort beds. Good light in the room. Close and quite comfort for Thai walk to the beach. 5-7 mins walk. They have kitchen if you need and also there is a microwave on the floor. A lot of cafes and fruits and everything around, and at the same time the district itself is not that busy and noisy as in some places in the north of Karon. The beach Karon is very good, to me - the Southern Karon is more cozy, quiet and cheaper than northern. Also Kata walking street (that is nice) is in 15 mins walk. They met us in the airport late at night and we are very grateful for that. Also you can pay cash/card.

one thing - a smell from the bathroom.

Rooms are pretty clean, owners are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are private and the guesthouse is about a 7 minute walk from the beach. There are 3 food places within a 2 minute walk, and there is a 7-eleven 5 minutes away. The beds are comfy and clean, and towels and drinking water are provided in the room. Bottled water is also provided each day for each guest.

The room amenities weren't in the greatest shape. The door to our shower was broken off its hinge and did not close all the way, and the air conditioning unit was not strong enough to cool the room fast enough.

We got comfortable here really quickly and felt very at home straight away. The owner who greeted us when we arrived was so lovely and helpful. She waved us off when we went for our boat trip and asked us if we had a nice day when we got back. Laundry service is really good and cheap! Room was clean and there is book exchange, beach towels and umbrellas free of charge and also an available microwave to use. The location is amazing and only a short walk to the beach with a 7 Eleven right next door.

Only thing to mention is no coffee/sugar/milk provided but there is a kettle to use.

At first, we weren’t sure of the place because of the contrast with the luxury resorts in Karon, but it ended up being a great stay. The host Leek was very nice, accommodating and had great recommendations. The location is a walking distance from the beach and plenty of restaurants. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We were very pleasantly surprised! The laudry service is also a bonus for backpackers

Lek the owner was very friendly and helpful . Check in was quick and easy. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was not included but there was a cafe/restaurant just a few meters away serving great food. Hotel location was about a 5 minute walk away from a great beach.

Nothing. For the price it was fantastic value.

Great location, large room (we stayed in a Family Room), great to have a fridge and freezer, very friendly owner. 7/11 very close by for essentials, and they offer a laundry service for a good price and quick turnaround.

Everything was great for the price. This isn't a 5-star hotel and that's to be expected.

The Hotel is situated in an Ideal location, close to Karon Beach. 711 nearby, Bakery and restaurant are just opposite the building. ATM Rent a bike, Pharmacy etc are all withing 50 meters. The Hotel is Calm with incredibly loving and friendly Staff especially the Manager lady, don't know the name but she was the best host.
