Super duper clean, and pretty

Lots of smokers at the front door - had to walk through cig smell every time I went in and out. Can the smoke area be moved from the entrance. Also cig butts on the ground because lazy people just litter them there. Also, please get more luggage carts! None were EVER at the door when I needed them - 3 trips to the car to check out. Front desk staff dismissive when asked about them - just “Well, I guess they are all being used then”. Duh. How about -“I’ll hold one for you when one gets done here and I’ll call your room” or something like that. Heard a little talking from adjacent room late at night.

The pool was the perfect temperature. They were very accommodating for my two small children. The breakfast was awesome! Our room was the perfect size with amenities that made celebrating our son’s 3rd birthday perfect.

I was a bit nervous about the amount of signs posted everywhere about theft in the parking lot

There was mold spots on the ceiling above shower. There was rust or something all over the bottom of the bathroom doorframe. I didn’t like that they charge $10 to park in their lot. I’ve never been to a hotel that charges money to park in their lot. You pay enough for the room.

Excellent room, great breakfast. Pool was clean and room was warm so the kids could swim for hours.

There were several car break-ins at night, 1 right next to our car on the first night, and a few more that next night. Everyone felt like they had to jockey for parking spots towards the front since it did not look like there were security cameras in the back (at least that I saw).

Everything! Location for shopping, proximity to Franklin Park Conservatory, and the zoo. Also loved having a kitchenette for some dietary issues. So nice to have the extra room also.

I really don’t have one complaint except that the pillows had an odor…all of them. The linens were clean but they need to wash and Clorox the pillows underneath.

I didn’t like being charged $10 per night for parking pass….unexpectedly. No mention of this in their advertising, no parking pass issued, felt like a rank money grab.

It was all quite nice. I didn’t give it a 5 star because you can always improve on something. The staff was very nice and accommodating for the extra things we needed. They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I felt like the temperature of the pool water could have been much warmer. We took our grandsons to Jurassic Quest and just decided to get a hotel because they enjoy swimming and staying at hotels but two of the three couldn’t swim because it was too cold. so that was disappointing for them. The fruit that was served at breakfast had a funky taste to it that I didn’t like at all. It definitely wasn’t fresh.

The breakfast was good on both days. The pool was nice.

They were some difficulties with check in due to paying through booking. Com and the staff being unsure how to charge account when pre paid.

Beautiful rooms. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

One of our rooms the ice maker was missing from the freezer and when we inquired how to-get ice we were told that our room should have an ice maker.

Room was good and well-appointed. Definitely met our needs.

The valence, duva' was stained. The manager was very sympathetic and apologetic. She immediately moved us to another room which was clean. My only real complaint is that the bed was too soft.
