We liked the location (close to the port and walking distance to the most markets etc.) and the design of the hotel. We stayed at room 11, had a sea view balcony, there were free wi-fi as well as we had Turkcell connection in our room, which made us so much happy, because it was impossible in most parts of Chios. We arrived a few couple of hours earlier than we planned, due to the schedule change of the ferry, but luckily our room was ready. As soon as we arrived, Giorgos opened an island map in front of us and made a small welcoming presentation, which was very helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected. There were toasts, eggs, butter, honey, olives, cheese, fruits, cereals, coffee and tea. The hotel gave us peace at our holiday nights. We decided to stay here again in our next visit to Chios.

Actually, even if I force myself to find something that I did not like, I can't find it.

My girlfriend Mona and myself booked this apartment for our 14 night stay in Chios. On arrival from the airport we were greeted by George who welcomed us to the Seafront Studios and Apartments. George explained where things can be found in these apartments and even spent some time with us showing us a map of places we should visit and that was really nice to know. George showed us to our room and Wow it was a perfect large room, very clean and a great balcony view overlooking the sea. Just perfect. Thanks 10/10

I and Mona had nothing negative to say about this place or the wonderful management and staff. George's father Mr Yiannis and his wife Katie really accommodated us through out our stay as if were their family. Their service to us was above our expectations. Thanks Yiannis and Katie. 10/10

Comfortable large and clean rooms, location is good, there are enough parking place and some markets near the hotel. Owner was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed to stay here

Everything was perfect

Family run business, very friendly and full of information about the island. We also hired a car through George the owner it was a very low price compared to major car hire companies. Rooms were clean and large plenty of room. Good size kitchen if you want to cook. Very good location easy walk only 3 kilometres to very busy Chios Port. Great to come home to quiet hotel location. Go for a stroll along the water's edge was beautiful at night. Great location for fresh food butcher cake shop and coffee plus fabulous grocery store with fresh produce and there are 2 large delicatessens and grocery store not far up the road. Highly recommended. Thankyou to the lovely staff at Seafront Appartments.

Giorgios from reception was very helpful and friendly. He was a mine of information for us with useful hints and arranged for a hire car for us at short notice. It was nice to have a balcony to sit on with a view to the sea over the building in front. Studio had been semi modernised in what is an older building.

Kitchen was lacking some equipment and utensils if you wanted to self cater but we were happy with the basics like a kettle and a few plates and cutlery. There were no tavernas or cafes near by within easily walking distance though next door was a mini market and good fruit and vegetable store. A car would be useful to find somewhere to eat and drink closer to Chios town.

Seafront Apartments and Homely Studios are two sister properties. Both are clean and charming boutique accommodations. The owner, Yorgo, is always friendly and helpful. Upon arrival at the hotel, Yorgo greets you and gives you about a half-hour introduction to the island. This way, you have the opportunity to visit a significant part of the island with prior knowledge. We had a very enjoyable two-week family vacation. The location of the property is very convenient. You can reach the center in 10 minutes by car. To fully enjoy the island of Chios, I recommend either going there with your car or renting one there. If you contact Yorgo before coming to the island to rent a car, the car rental company will meet you at the port. There are over 90 beaches around the island. All of them are public, and some offer food, drinks, and sunbeds. All beaches have basic amenities (such as umbrellas and showers). The beach within walking distance of the hotel has basic infrastructure. Within a 3-4 minute drive, you can reach two other beaches with services available. Each room in the hotel has a small kitchenette. You may need Yorgo's assistance for kitchen supplies. Yorgo provides the items you need (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.). We left the island of Chios with beautiful memories and had a pleasant and comfortable vacation. I thank Yorgo for his hospitality and friendliness. I definitely recommend the hotel. Güney Özcebe

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. It was excellent value for money. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient. Mr. Giorgos is a very hospitable and kind host. He was very helpful to us throughout our stay. Especially the way they introduce Chios Island in detail to all their guests shows how much they care about both the island and their business. We are very grateful. It's a place we would consider staying again when we visit the island next time.

The location is near the sea but not so close be the city center. The room is spacious with all is needed, the linen and towels are changed every day and the same for room cleaning. The owner is friendly and ready to help in any problem.

maybe the bed mattress should be replace by new one or covered by a topper, because the springs of them are felt during the sleep. This problem is in the room 14

Great hotel🥰 Everything was nice I had a very lovely pleasant and comfortable stay.. I would surely choose it again and again..The staff was very helpful, courteous and hospitable, Specially mention! The Owner Mr.George accomodate me very well, he is very helpful and very attentive in whatever I need.. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious.. Very Good location with Nice view.. Walking distance to the clean beaches of Chios Island , have nearest restaurant, sweet shops, convenience store, supermarket ,bus station etc..Would definitely recommend Thank you!"

We liked the location, it was at the main road, close to the center and facilities. The rooms were spacious and with sea view. Our host was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were under the impression that it had a beach but there was a road between the hotel and the sea. However this turned out to be no problem because we visited different beaches each day.
