Yes I love this hotel the staff is great and they don't bother u. There was a young guy at the front desk with dreads he is awesome. I can't remember his name but he Is amazing and he helped me out a lot. I would like to personally thank him. Because he did great. I would ppl to go just to get his service...lol

It should be a vending machine on every floor.

Great location. We visited the restaurant, would have liked a breakfast available or at least coffee in the room.

The broken door near the elevator. Anyone could have walked in from outside. We were unaware until we had checked in. Overall great stay!

The balcony is a nice touch.

The TV is very outdated and had a short in the cable wire. Had to maneuver it to watch tv for short periods of time before it happened again. Annoying.

Literally across from Carowinds, Mexican restaurant was good ,Starbucks and culver Burger 1 minute walk

Tv didn’t work /remote, 1st room had other people food in the refrigerator , was moved to another room it was better but remote /tv didn’t work in the either.

Convenient location to the Carowinds park and the Mexican restaurant located just seconds from the elevator

The location of our room almost seem oddly placed bc there were no number placards for our room and the one next to ours

very quiet at night, Mexican restaurant inside hotel, fast responsive elevators

poor flushing commodes, beds way too high, needs grab bars in shower, water took forever to get warm and it was only tepid

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing and fantastic. Me and my fiance will definitely be back without second guessing. This will be the first place that will come in our minds when we need a hotel every again in this area.

staff isn’t too friendly! they just check you in no how are you doing, barely any conversation no enjoy your stay or anything!
