A really wonderful experience: everything you might desire in an hotel. Friendly staff; clean, tidy, spacious and well enlighted rooms equipped big bathrooms and comfortable beds; many facilities within the hotel and its rooms (restaurant, welcome kit, fridge); worth to mention also the attention to nature and environment thanks to the use of green choices. Perfect position, nearby both the city centre and the railway and bus central stations; tram stop just in front of the hotel entrance. Local market together with many bars and restaurants all around the hotel. Highly recommended: you will fall in love with it.

Stayed here for 3D/4N Check in was super quick, reception and staff were all very kind. Called down for extra pillows and reception was very accommodating. Loved the breakfast buffet, they swapped out some items every day for variety and it was always delicious as there were so many options. A+, 5 stars on the breakfast alone The option to rent bicycles was great as well. Location was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk from the train station and ~20 min to Reynik Square.

The shower in room 221 would leak water through the glass pane and eventually get on the floor which was a minor inconvenience.

Good location about 10 minutes walk to Wroclaw main square. The staff member on checkin was lovely and so helpful. Nice room.

The Scandic sustainability policy sounds good but doesn’t work. They say don’t have your room cleaned but just ask us for anything else you need and we will happily supply it. I went down and asked for more tea bags at 7:40 am (they only gave us 2). The receptionist said she would organise but by 10:30am they still had not come. However the cleaner came in when we were out and changed towels though they were hung up! They also don’t really have anything you ask for because I asked for an old cloth to clean some dirty shoes and small body lotion - never got them!

An absolutely fantastic hotel, hospitality at its best! The room was wonderful, great design and furnishings...everything was extremely comfortable The bed linen and towels were of good quality. And wth so many small room provisions that make a difference; like hair conditioner and an iron which are almost never offered in a budget friendly hotel. There is nothing budget about this hotel it's quality with cleanliness, comfort and the staff. It was a difficult day with rain when I arrived many hours before check in. The wonderful staff member was concerned about my comfort and I was given an upgrade so that I didn't have to wait further hours. Location is also fantastic, close to main train station and a lovely stroll to the main sights on old town centre.

We were able to park our car in the underground parking with an elevator to the hotel. Our room was very quiet and the air conditioning worked very well. The room was very clean and we would definitely stay again, when we come back. Breakfast was excellent (my husband loved the Scandinavian breakfast foods with what i think was herring. We loved the city and enjoyed walking through the beautiful streets. We were lucky to have found an excellent restaurant, The Cork. We didn't have reservations, but were early enough to get a table outside. I highly recommend it.

Late check in without issues (had flight delayed). The breakfast buffet mostly international style, but good and convenient, with some traditional salads and fish. The room was quiet enough, but some people may be woken up by convenient tram outside or the train on the other side of the building. The request system to clean the room was also convenient for me as I usually otherwise place 'do not disturb' sign as I don't need the room cleaned every day. The water pressure in my room was good. The gym was big enough too (given no one uses it as this hotel seems very business oriented). There are some dumbbells (but some lighter and heavier weights missing, only had 10-20kg, two benches, yoga ball, one multipurpose weights machine, treadmill and elliptical. There is amazing gym in Skytower but having one right in the building is more convenient for a quick session. The sauna is ok (and empty) too, there are lockers and shower next to it. The late checkout for extra cost was also convenient for evening flight. Central location 18 minutes walk from old town. The hotel is being renovated but should be over soon it seems.

The breakfast was tasty & plentiful; the staff were very nice; the hotel itself was very clean, even if you can see it's been built some decades ago. Another positive thing is the location, just a short walk from both the main train station and the main Old Town square, with good transport links to the more out-of-the way attractions.

The only thing that I didn't like (and why I'm docking a point) was the mattress. I've come to expect better from hotels, this one wasn't too comfortable for people that like their mattresses firm.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with windows facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet, we also didn’t hear the neighbors at all. The breakfast was absolutely excellent — very diverse and delicious💯 The hotel offers private paid parking, both outdoor and underground.

The double bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, and the gap in the middle was uncomfortable — we kept sliding toward it. However, the mattress itself was comfortable.

I do remember this hotel from 15-20 years ago and it was one of the best hotels in Wroclaw at the time, so I was very excited to book my stay for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is perfect for me (close to the rail station & very good connaction to the airport. Also close to plenty of "under the rail" small pubs) but the rooms are a bit outdated - they definitely need a renovation. I did not have a feeling of staying in 4-stars hotel. Breakfast was very good.

A very pleasant hotel located near the main train station and just about a 10-minute walk from the main square. I especially appreciated the absolute peace and quiet, which allowed us to rest wonderfully. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, with something extra each day. A big thank you also goes to the staff – they were always kind, helpful, and professional. I’d be happy to come back, and I definitely recommend this hotel!

The mattresses were soft, which may not suit everyone.
