The decor was amazing. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and secure. The kitchenette was well-stocked and very functional for us, which was great.

To be honest, the images shown on the site make the room appear larger than it actually was, especially the second bedroom. In the second bedroom, the beds were tiny, like really really small, and this entire room was also very small, which was not as advertised. Fortunately we were travelling with our two pre-teen kids, so small beds in a small room was barely okay, but really, it wasn't true to the image shared. Quite deceiving and very much a disappointment on the whole stay.

Close proximity to the mall. Staff were super friendly. Convenient parking. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. For a 12 night stay, this was good value compared to other hotels in the area for a family.

On check in, I noticed a rotten smell and reported it the next day. Turns out the fridge had spoiled milk behind, which was cleaned promptly / an alternate room was offered. My suggestion is a quality check is done before guests check in and this really annoyed me for a night - smelling rotten odors. But it was remedied promptly so thank you.

Your cupboards in the 648 needs care as paying over 10k for my stay.The door just swings which was a nightmare when I arrived as there was no porter and I had to be spider woman between keeping my bags and the door open, invest in wooden door stops which is line with your beach theme. We slept with same linen for 6 days very annoying Milk was scares so we were limited to 2 cups each even after I raised it with your housekeeping supervisor nothing was done about it

The staff are the friendliest from any other hotel i have been to,from the reception to security and cleaning staff all 5 star,the sheets are washed and replaced daily what is rare and smell amazing,the cleaning staff do a fantastic job,location is brilliant,the 2 bed apartment is spacious and priced very reasonable

The construction at property starts with grinding at 8 in morning and balcony was blocked off whole trip by scaffolding of what im sure is once off but the reason i did not score 10 also consider not charging for parking for longer stays as we are paying already to stay at the hotel

Location is perfect.. less than a minute walk to gateway and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. very welcoming staff from parking to the reception to cleaners . .booked a family room which was absolutely comfortable..huge bathroom with tub &shower ..beds are comfy....Aircon works too good....didn't have breakfast but my son who booked the loft on the 7th floor had enjoyed the breakfast...his room was amazing...suitable for 2 people.. we enjoyed the pool as well as the gym ..overall an excellent stay and we will definitely be back...ideal place to just relax unwind....a bit noisy on the weekend because of the club but nothing serious if u hv the door closed....

Would hv loved the breakfast the experience but it was unaffordable.... Family of 4 to pay 225 per person It should be included in the room rate..

The 1st I stay there which was in December 2024,I ordered my favourite cocktail Dirt Martini,I enjoyed it so much the only other place I enjoyed it at that high standard was at The Shard in City of London the wife and I really enjoy the drink,this time to my disappointment the barmen tells me that he doesn’t have the ingredients to make it (olive juice) the wife an I was very disappointed and felt let down as we are from Vryheid and we was raving to friends an family about the drink that was made at you hotel being the best an couldn’t wait to have it again

Everybody was warm, friendly and very welcoming. Fantastic service throughout our 3 day stay. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and assist all the comrades runners with yoga classes and many more activities and celebrations. The staff were so helpful, even though I am sure the hotel was at full capacity and buzzing with excitement.

There was nothing not to enjoy. Everything was on point.

Opposite gateway. Quick check in. Very friendly staff. Safe location. Spar supermarket close by (nedbank building). Little kitchenette ideal. Aircon in main bedroom (other room in 2 bedroom apartment had no aircon)

Choose rooms not facing gateway as from fri to sun it can get noisy. Had to buy my own dishwashing liquid and sponge. When I told the hotel, they said the cleaners will wash so not needed. But it's needed if there are only a certain number of cutlery and you want to drink tea again or not have the dishes smelling. A little rug under or by the bed would've been perfect. Floor too stark.

The property was centrally situated and close to shopping areas. The room was more than sufficient. The staff were very professional and helpful

There is a party venue situated close to the hotel and they played loud music until 2am. The hotel moved us to a different room on the second night which was so much better and peaceful.

The hotel is taken good care as the furniture finishing is beautiful, both pool area are to die for. The bar and the breakfast area is so refreshing. First our checking in was amazing, Lihle assisted us to check in and she has been amazing from the first day we met. Then while we were waiting to be taken to our room then we met Isaac who was so accommodative for the Christmas lunch that we didn’t book for.He explained everything in details and how it will work. We then met Isaac again for breakfast on our second day, he made us feel at home. We then met the whole crew which is lungi, Nontobeko and NKanyiso who gave us a 10* service daily. I would call in the morning to speak to Nontobeko for my daughter’s porridge, with no fail it was prepared nicely. I love the fact that there was a play area for the kids while we eat…lungi would watch the kids and play with them. I have never been treated like a queen in any vacation. I have traveled internationally and this kind of service is rare to find. The whole team has so much care for individual guest and ensuring that our stay is amazing daily. My kids even asked on why is the hotel a 4 star and not a 5 star as the service is amazing.
