The location was perfect, the rooms were spacious, the rate were so reasonable. We felt safe and comfortable. Having the hot towel rack was just amazing.

Unfortunately AC in the main bedroom didn’t work and the cushions on the couch in the living room were not clean and smelly.

The apartment building was modern and spacious. We had a 2 bed corner apartment with a wrap around balcony so it was light and airy. Both had good showers, whilst 1 room also had a bath. There were coffee shops and restaurants in the near vicinity. The underground parking was very convenient, especially as there was lift access from it, which was a Godsend with heavy bags. Tea, coffee, water provided. NETFLIX and Prime, which was welcome after a long day full of activities. Daily housekeeping, though we did not use it. My friend left her rings there when we checked out, but we got a call telling us so were v grateful

We had difficulties with WiFi connection on way there so did not have check in details. Had to ask for help from reception in hotel opposite. Would be useful to have details 24hrs in advance. A washing machine would also be useful especially for those in middle of a long trip

The apartment was modern and tastefully decorated. It was close to the waterfront and amenities such as restaurants, shopping etc. the location was excellent for exploring Knysna.

The shower had a glass door that was visible from the lounge and made it a little difficult to shower as we were a family of 4. Also the main bedroom had a few windows that led onto the passage side and let in a lot of light from the passage. I really struggled to sleep as the bedroom was very bright.

Location was excellent - easy access to the Waterfront and multiple restaurants nearby. Accommodation was spotless, spacious, modern, well equipped, bright and comfortable. Staff helpful and accommodating. Netflix a bonus.

Am not a fan of baths being in the public area. Potential guests need to establish this before booking as I believe the rooms are not all the same.

Nicely located just a short 3 minute walk from the waterfront. Parking easy underneath the building. The apartments were nicely fitted out. A few bits of attention to detail would make this a 10. Leaky cheap kettle. Iron and ironing board low quality meaning unable to iron properly. Lights above toilet and shower in one room were not working.

This spot in general was wonderful. We had only one night during our garden route.

Pool too small. No privacy in the bathrooms as it is all glass and you can see all from the kitchen. We were a family of four so not practical at all. Shower room also without a door. Lots of noise from the street so if you are sensitive to noise this is not your place. In the master bedroom we had 3 windows leading to the public hallway with bright white light and no blackouts so it was a nightmare to sleep.

Spacious accommodation with wrap around balconies. Housekeeping cleaned and tidied to a high standard every day

Kitchen somewhat under equipped for serious chefs. Pool available in the adjacent hotel area very small

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and had an excellent location close to shops and the Waterfront. We were in Knysna for the Simola Hill climb and it was the perfect accommodation for our family of 4. The decor is magnificent!

There were a few lights that were not working and the shower in the 2nd bathroom did not have hot water. We discovered this quite late at night and I only brought this to management's attention after check out. We managed with the shower in the main bathroom. Just advised that they check these small issues prior to check in of guests.

Even though the weather was not so great, the stay was beautiful and the housekeeper was nice. We never met our host the entire weekend but he was kind enough to leave the keys at Rex hotel and understood we will check in late because we got stuck in traffic

The was an issue with the hot water in the morning

Near to the Kysna waterfront walking distance ,you leave your car on parking and walk even to all the malls on Main Street .Safe to walk everywhere even during the night .Property has clean rooms inside and out ,spacious beautiful rooms and service excellent rooms service.Loving it 🌸👌
