The inn is conveniently located on the main road with safe and ample parking for patrons in the back. Check in was quick and simple. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable.

It was a bit warm in the room even with the fan. As it is in the main road, it can be a bit noisy, though they thoughtfully provide disposable ear plugs , which we felt was an excellent touch!

We love the location and open environment of this hotel and have been returning here since our first visit in 1999!. The openness to the rooms allows great relationships with staff and other guests. This is undoubtedly the best value for money hotel in Knysna.

A problem with Internet access whilst we were staying there.

The owners are amazing and so friendly. It felt like they welcomed us into their home. Ready with a quick chat and some recommendations of places to see and where to eat.

Nice central to mall.Comfy stay for 2 nights.

Couldn't get out at main gate.Had to wake manager to unlock gate. No communication in this regard was given. It says that the remote must be left in a box at the gate...there was no box...again we've not been told. Some kind of poop on cupboard in kitchen. Open shower...no, no!!!

The facility is located in the main street, I loved that, the host was friendly, they just need to upload their photos on the booking.com website,the place looked good as compared to the photos that I saw, none the less it's safe and peaceful.

We were only supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper.

This place is amazing! From the first moment they opened the gate, we knew it was special. The owners were incredibly friendly and the room was immaculate. We stayed in the family room with a double bed in one room and extra high bunker beds in the other, a kitchen and sitting room AND outside area. It’s spacious and has everything you need, lots of cupboards and even rechargeable lights for loadshedding. The Inn is very central and close to the Waterfront with lots of restaurants. We only stayed for 1 night on our way to PE but we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future. 10/10 for sure!!

Nothing, it’s perfect.

It's really convenient and beautiful. Love the gardens and entrance, very welcoming. The ladies at the reception were wonderful.

The smokers sit at the steps at the car parking area, it was very unpleasant, as their smoke wafted into our room and we could taste it in our throats late into the night.

The room was very comfortable and spacious and we found all we needed for a self catering venue.

Unfortunately our fellow occupants were very noisy at times and it was difficult to rest with them making noise in the middle of the night.

The staff members were very friendly, the facilities were clean and neat 👌🏽. The room was welcoming, the kitchen was clean, and everything we needed was there.

We were a couple, so the bank beds didn't work well for us. The photos of the room on the App was, not clear for us to be able to choose another room with at least 2 double beds.

The room was comfortable and well appointed for the price point, good for an overnight stay during a road trip,

The area around the Inn at night seemed to be a a bit dodgy and i wouldn't recommend walking around in the evening, during the day it was perfectly fine.
