Isabel is the most wonderful hostess. We had to make last minute changes and requests to our booking and she not only accommodated our requests but exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend this guesthouse more. Wonderful wonderful hostess.

The lady there lsabella is very friendly and welcoming. We really felt at home. The facility is exceptionally clean in the inside. But outside it needs to cleaned regularly as there are a lot of trees and shrubs.

They didn't mention that we are paying extra money for breakfast on their advert.

Isabel is a friendly and welcoming host. I felt very much 'at home'. My room was clean and serviced daily, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a good flow of hot water. I would recommend the Emerald Guest House to travellers looking for accommodation in and around Springs.

The owner is very hospitable. When my flight was delayed and I arrived late in the evening she arranged dinner for me while everything was closed already. Also she assisted me with transport during my stay, which was fantastic.

The staff and owner was so welcoming and made you feel at home from the moment you walk in, the surroundings are so beautiful, neat and clean. I would recommend!!
