The rooms were very nice, with new furniture. View is nice. Lots of power plugs in the room and you don’t need an international adaptor. The staff were helpful. Location is also good, in a quiet area however close to 2 train stations.

The breakfast - we waited 45 minutes to be seated in a giant line. Maybe improve your processes and give guests a specific time to come to breakfast? No room to put your 2 suitcases in the room, only room for 1. Also surprised that only a few staff members spoke English. Most international hotels in non-English countries, staff members have basic/intermediate English language skills.

It’s very new and the room is comfortable. We stayed at the residence suite - the size is great and the view is nice. There are big fridge, washing machine, microwave and drying / steaming machine. In our first room, the washing machine didn’t work but the staff was very helpful and moved us to a new suite.

The suite may have been cleaned a few days before our arrival. We saw some fine dust on shelves but otherwise the room is clean. We also had to pay extra for early check-in at 10.30 but it’s not too expensive. This seems to be normal in Seoul (other hotels that we were considering also charge for early check-ins).

Room was spacious, both room and toilet are very clean (probably as it is still a new hotel) Very close to Yongsan station, 5-min walk to Sinyongsan station. Very convenient (convenience store is at B1)

LIFTS! Can be quite long to wait for the lift. How this property's management decides to only allocate 3 lifts is beyond me. There is a 4th lift that serves only Carpark to level 8 (level 10 and above is guest rooms). While I understand the need for a lift to serve hotel meetings and functions, it still doesn't make sense to allocate 1 out of 4 lifts to do just that. Not to mention the lifts don't display which level they are at.

We fell in love with this hotel - the room, the comfortable beds, the facilities, massage chair room etc - everything was extremely seamless and made our stay in Seoul very comfortable! Location is amazing, it’s in the heart of Yongsan neighbourhood and you have a ton of places to eat, drink and shop on your doorstep. Would book again without a doubt!

If we want to be picky, gym could have a few more machine additions, when it was busy in there it felt difficult to work out because of the lack or machines! Breakfast was ok, but nothing impressive and for the price you pay per person you could get a better meal outside of the hotel. Rokhaus deli downstairs was a 10/10

The hotel is new. Meaning all amenities and spaces are well taken care of. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful. They helped us store our luggage for a few days as we were traveling between cities. The bus station was a few minutes away and had direct buses to the main attractions. Also there are 2 main train stations close by, line 1 and 2.

If i had to point out something, will be the bathroom sink. It's outside and anyone who wakes up early will wake up everyone else!

Location was great, walking distance to two subway stations. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was comfortable, amenities got renewed daily. After check out, it was very convenient to leave our bags in the lockers for 12 hours for free.

Our room was a little small, there was not enough place to open up two suitcases. Even though the room was cleaned every day, there was a big amount of dust on the bedside tables that we noticed while we were leaving.

After covid-19 I always stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul. The location is easy to traveling around Seoul because near yongsan station and sinyongsan station. If you love to shopping like me you can go to ii-park mall to shopping hot items!!!. The hotel room size is bigger than many hotel in seoul at same price range. Especially If you fall in love with Hybe Artist(Idol) such as BTS SEVENTEEN TXT LESSERAFIM FROMIS9. You can go to cafe event behide hybe building around 8 mins by walk. So I extremely recommend this hotel to you.

Check in was smooth, managed to get room before timing which was excellent. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, clean. Bath and toilet were separated. Excellent. There was a view of namsam tower from our room. Daily cleaning did a good job. Bed was comfortable. There is a luggage storage that you can locked that is free for the first 12 hours. iParkMall was a great mall next door with excellent food and deals if you love shopping.

Swimming pool was gorgeous but apparently there was a fee to use the pool? Funnily, we went to check it out and noted no one at the pool. Question then is why have a hotel pool when u need to charge it and not well utilised? Rokus is also not the cheapest hotel to lodge in, is there really a need for a swimming pool usage fee? Otherwise, everything was great.

The location was just right, not too close to all the mainstreets but easy to reach every by foot or train. We encountered no issues what so ever when checking in and the staff was honestly very friendly and helpful. We actually spend a good day or so just exploring the surrounding areas by foot and found a few cute spots for dinner.

The check in process is something to get used to as a forgeiner, there was a tablet for us to enter a number, unfortunately it was only noted in korean what kind of number we needed and why we needed to input it. It turned out it was for us to get the checkin number to go to the reception and get our keys and they wanted our korean phone number. There was a lady though that helped us out and besides that we didn’t encounter any other issues.

Great location--Yongsan Station nextdoor has all kinds of shopping, including lots of grocery options at Emart; easy transportation to other parts of Seoul and the rest of the country. The immediate neighborhood is a bit too commercial and developed to work aesthetically, but it's close to some less-developed and charming residential neighborhoods. Twenty-minute walk to the National Museum. Comfortable room with good space for luggage. Aside from the thickness of the duvet and the lighting in the bathroom (see below), no complaints. Light-blocking in the windows was excellent--the best I've experienced in all my travels so far. The bed was comfortable. There was a good desk surface with a decent chair. Shower and toilet in their own stalls separated from the sink area made bathroom use very convenient for a couple. I didn't need to interact much with the staff, so didn't have much experience with them, but they were professional and friendly the two times I did.

As with so many hotels, the bathroom lighting was impossible for proper grooming. Had to use a hand mirror by the window to do my makeup. Duvet was too hot unless we really cranked up the AC, which we didn't want to do because of drafts. Finally just took the duvet out of the thin cotton cover and used the cotton cover as a blanket. The building needed at least four elevators, but there were only three. This meant that during busy hours it could take forever to get from one of the high floors to the lobby. On check-out morning we had to pass up two elevators that were already full, and finally got on an empty one going up to go back down. Lucky we weren't in a rush. None of the above were deal-breakers--just had to work around or plan for them.
