The hotel is very modern and clean. They give you the option of self-check in/out to save you time and any hassle. However using the front desk is just as quick. They have a 7-eleven on within the Lobby, so Greta if you need to purchase anything late at night (they close at 0200). The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and the Japanese toilets are amazing. Room service is there if you need it. There are also other restaurants within the hotel if you chose to stop by them. There's a fitness center as well. I would definitely stay with Glad Mapo again.

My only dislike is that you couldn't set the temperature in your room to your liking. It seemed like it was controlled by the hotel itself based on the temperature outside. That's what I understood when I read their information on central heating for the room.

Breakfast buffet is relatively simple compared to hotels in other countries, but in addition, there are some Korean specific food that can be attractive to some people. The location is great. When you come from airports, you can go out of Exit 9 of Gongdeok station as there is an escalator going up directly to the backdoor of hotel. Exit 8 is just 20 meters away from the front door of the hotel but you will need an umbrella if there is heavy rain, and no escalator at Exit 8. Whereas there are some coffee shops and a Paris Baguette with some choices of salades down Exit 8 if you have a rush morning or want a light dinner.

This hotel location is good and room are very clean

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Location and accessibility is superb. Very quiet hotel, I did not hear anyone in the corridor. Amenities are well prepared and room is quite spacious. Can't complain anything. Only thing I would point out is that pillow is quite uncomfortable, gave me neck ache. Also wish they equipped extra pillows besides those two on the bed.

The location was great, the hotel locates near both subway and bus stop from the airport which very accessible. The staff at front is very helpful and able to communicate in English very well. They also allow for the early check-in (with fee) if room available which very great. The bed was very the best, it is comfortable.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. The restaurant on site is pretty good as far as food and value (sushi). For me the bar on property was legit, especially after a long day of exploring, it was nice to chill at a bar with friendly staff and good libations. Me? I have worked in the hospitality industry in both Las Vegas and Southern California. Also, the location was pretty central for me. It was my first time, so I ventured out a lot to the various neighborhoods of Seoul. I used the subway system a lot, and when I used the taxi, it was not that expensive (not more than $20). The hotel is situated in more of a business section of town. There are 'local' restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs in the area, Very rare that they speak English, so get your Korean language going.

Very nice hotel with a good design. It’s located at the Gongdeok station which is quite convenient. The hotel is clean and even has a 7-11 convenience store and cafe on the lobby floor.

1) the lift. It’s acting up. You press the button to go down to the ground floor, but it’s travelling to lobby which is on the 9th floor, and goes up again. 2) towels. There was mention if we don’t want to replace our towels, we just need to hang them on the rail. Even if we left them on the rail, they were replaced every single day. That was good, but there was a miscommunication in messages from the cleaning team and beautifully printed information in the room. 3) sometimes when the cleaning team replaced something, they forget to put new one. As example, we didn’t have a towel for feet for last two days.

convenient location, just a few subway stops from most attractions around Seoul, access from Gongdeok station exit 8 (subway line 5/6) or exit 9 (AREX line, only 1 stop from Seoul station). Lobby has luggage storage and a 7-11 convenience store. The street behind hotel has Emart supermarket as well as many restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel breakfast has a good selection, and if you pay for breakfast in advance you can get a 10% discount. (Although breakfast closes early at 0930 ! ).

So beside that it’s not that easy to find entrance if you are there first time, I think localization is perfect. Couldn’t be more convenient if you want take a train from airport and also to see other parts of Seoul. I really liked dark colors in the room, there is no unnecessary lights allowed the room (you know like from watch or kettle etc) normally it’s hard for me to get a good sleep if there is any inconvenience and I didn’t had this issue here. Also check in process was very quick and staff was nice. 7/11 in lobby floor was great addition. Oh and view is pretty good

Well rooms for me are definitely to small, I’m not sure how big are rooms in general in Soul but it was one of the smallest I ever stayed at
