The staff are attentive and the room is super clean. The location is also super convenient as it is a stone’s throw away from 3 subway lines (5/6/airport). However, with no extra facilities (pool/spa etc) the price I paid this time round is slightly on the steep side and detracts from the value for money rep that the hotel has built over the years a in my humble opinion. But when all is said and done, I have been going to this hotel for years and would still highly recommend to travelers, Korean or otherwise.

This time round - the price. Also, parking is a little tricky but this is mostly a bother for domestic travelers.

The hotel is very modern and clean. They give you the option of self-check in/out to save you time and any hassle. However using the front desk is just as quick. They have a 7-eleven on within the Lobby, so Greta if you need to purchase anything late at night (they close at 0200). The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and the Japanese toilets are amazing. Room service is there if you need it. There are also other restaurants within the hotel if you chose to stop by them. There's a fitness center as well. I would definitely stay with Glad Mapo again.

My only dislike is that you couldn't set the temperature in your room to your liking. It seemed like it was controlled by the hotel itself based on the temperature outside. That's what I understood when I read their information on central heating for the room.

Breakfast buffet is relatively simple compared to hotels in other countries, but in addition, there are some Korean specific food that can be attractive to some people. The location is great. When you come from airports, you can go out of Exit 9 of Gongdeok station as there is an escalator going up directly to the backdoor of hotel. Exit 8 is just 20 meters away from the front door of the hotel but you will need an umbrella if there is heavy rain, and no escalator at Exit 8. Whereas there are some coffee shops and a Paris Baguette with some choices of salades down Exit 8 if you have a rush morning or want a light dinner.

This hotel location is good and room are very clean

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Location and accessibility is superb. Very quiet hotel, I did not hear anyone in the corridor. Amenities are well prepared and room is quite spacious. Can't complain anything. Only thing I would point out is that pillow is quite uncomfortable, gave me neck ache. Also wish they equipped extra pillows besides those two on the bed.

The location was great, the hotel locates near both subway and bus stop from the airport which very accessible. The staff at front is very helpful and able to communicate in English very well. They also allow for the early check-in (with fee) if room available which very great. The bed was very the best, it is comfortable.

Not a big deal but the elevator may a bit confuse and have to wait a bit
