A well located large hotel with great transport links to and from Incheon airport and two close metro stations providing access to the rest of the city. The bathroom is clean and has good shower pressure. The hotel provides bottled water on a daily basis if your room is cleaned. The hotel is perfectly located to good local Korean restaurants and coffee shops in the Mapo area. I would stay here again given the convenience. I would recommend taking the airport express bus since it stops outside the hotel and so you do not have to worry about lugging your luggage down the escalators/steps (unlike the metro).

The shower curtain is too short and falls above the bath tub so will cause the bathroom to get very wet. Some parts/corners of the room was very dusty, including the sofa. Some reception staff are helpful and friendly, while some were quite blunt and unwelcoming. In contrast, all the cleaning staff were lovely and greeted us in the morning.

Location is excellent next to Mapo station (Line 5) and a <10 minute walk to Gongdeok station (AREX - Airport Line 5, Line 6, Gyeongui–Jungang Line). About a 10 minute walk to eMart (grocery) and good selection of restaurants nearby which seem patronized by locals. One stop from The Hyundai, ifc, and Hanggang Park. Courteous staff and willing to help and make our stay comfortable, excellent housekeeping.

Business Centre was advertised but non existent (one computer in the corner of the lobby, and doubled as a luggage storage space). The hotel was maintained but some aspects started showing its age, such as water stains on some flooring.

Location - in the middle of Mapo station and Gongdeok station, it is closer to the exit 3 of Mapo station which got escalator - easier for travellers carrying big luggages. There is also a big bus stop outside the hotel - good for transit and airport shuttle drops right there. Made 2 separate bookings of different room types for two consecutive periods but upon check in they are kind enough to arrange same room type for me so that I can stay in the same room without the trouble of check out and in again. They are happy to receive parcel for me so that I can pick up upon check in. Got bathtub in shower room!

They used to provide better quality one-off slippers, but now they provide a relatively low quality slippers and not provide it daily.

I should have enjoyed my stay in this pleasant hotel. Unfortunately, it was marred by a conversation I had with the manager who refused to rebook one day of my cancelled booking. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. Now I have to book a new (other) hotel for the 12 November unless there is customer service solution to rebook here on the 12th?

They failed to honour their cancellation/amend booking policy and didn’t respond to numerous messages which I left on the booking.com website. I was charged for a date which I asked to be amended before the free cancellation/amendment cut off time.

1. Location is good - in the middle of Mapo station & Gongdeok station (but more close to Mapo station, the closest Mapo station exit got escalator!), with a bus stop right in front of the hotel which got quite a lot of buses. Airport shuttle bus stop is just in front of the hotel. 2. Safety - need to access the lift with hotel room key. 3. They are happy to assist in receiving parcel for me to pick up upon check in. 4. Room is big and equipped with bath tub.

Interior design can in some way look a bit old but it does not affect anything, somehow the room looks much newer than the photos on the booking site.

Great location . The hotel is in an very nice area as well as the most convenient accessing various MRT to whole Seoul and Incheon , Airports. Great sfaffs. Large room and good facilities in the room.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and almost every stay has been perfect. On just one occasion, we felt the floor could have been a little cleaner, but overall our experiences have been excellent.

The location, the cleanliness and just overall a fantastic hotel with amazing views from our room. Didn't quite know what to expect due to mixed reviews but took a gamble and booked. Boy was I glad I did as I had another hotel booked previously but changed to this one. Loved my stay and now know where I'll be staying when I return to Seoul. Thank for Seoul Garden hotel for an extremely pleasant stay. Worth every penny.

Not too much in all honesty. Everything was great or at least pleasant. Nothing negative comes to mind :)

Location around Mapo is very convenient- it has a perfect transport connection with both airports and the rest of the city. My room was designed with a lot of storage space; you can easily travel with two big suitcases. It was pretty, well equipped and cozy. Breakfast offers plenty of choice, both Korean and Western. There are many, many great food options just around the hotel. For the price I paid I got more than expected.

It's hard to not like this hotel. It is clean it has 2 pillows for each person. And the location is just absolutely nice.

There is one big downside and that are the lobby prices especially drinks. I can't recall paying almost 10% of my room price for 2 cups of tea. Ever. and the tea was not even whole leaves it came in those pre packed tea bags. I would expect more for 8 euro per tea but it was really bad... Lower the prices or improve the quality.

Room had a luxurious feel with very comfortable beds, nice spacious layout, ability to separate the bedroom from the sink/foyer area, bathroom amenities like a real tub and auto-flushing bidet. Overall hotel is grand and conveniently located near eateries and Seoul Station. Appreciated the standard 12-noon check-out. Great value for the special online price.
