Apartment was very quiet, clean and spacious. Bathroom has under the floor heating as well as toilet seats. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser are specially made for the guests and it was really nice. Bedsheets get changed every day. The gym facility was excellent. The 3rd floor restaurant has a good ambiance and food was really good. The breakfast is good. I have stayed 2 weeks and the hotel staff was very kind and professional.

Maybe the restaurant can add more items to the dinner menu.

A 10 minute walk to Yong-san station, very nice staff, delicious breakfast, close to a grocery shop and ATM in the nearby connected hotel. Nearby shops open between 9 and 10 am

Price was a bit much. They were inconsistent with a promise they made when we checked in, so you shouldn’t trust their every word. 

Central location, away from traffic, congestion, and frequent protest demonstrations. Mall/grocery nearby. Convenience store and restaurants in Novotel next door. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and office. Very spacious, nicely appointed, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, very clean and modern, service was good, very nice gym.

Construction made access to mall more difficult, but otherwise, location is central and easy to access all of Seoul by cab or subway. We did request extra blankets, but they said they didn’t have any available (?). They did supply some extra sheets.

I really liked that we had our own apartment within the hotel and we could get takeaways and wash our clothes all whilst having the luxury of hotel daily cleaning and facilities.

I misunderstood that the breakfast wasn’t included and I think that was to do with booking.com I ticked for breakfast but it didn’t get confirmed.

The location is ideal, right next to Yongsan station, so very easy to get the Metro. The room was fantastic, the staff were excellent, this was the second time we have been in this four hotel complex, and the Grand Mercure is better than both Nova's and the Ibis. Highly recommend this place.

Modern room, elegant, everything was beautiful! Food was great! My mushroom soup was definitely from a high-end restaurant (room service) b/c it tasted sooo gooood!!!!!

Taxi drivers had a hard time finding this hotel bc it looks fairly new.

The room was amazing. Lovely big bath and shower, kitchen area with washer/dryer and washing liquid included. Instructions for using appliances in English. Room service food was nice. Nice view over the city (although booking.com said river view which we didn’t have). We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or roof garden but both sounded great.

It was a bit far and difficult to come from the train. to be fair, I think it is normally easier but the station exit is having work done so dragging luggage up and down a thin slope with uneven ground wasn’t easy. Not the fault of the hotel but definitely affected our stay. Also a bit out of the way in general and difficult to find food options outside of the hotel, especially at night eg 9pm.

Everything was clean, and the room was spacious with literally everything you need! The staff was very kind, and the breakfest was super rich!

The location was nice, it's more suitable for someone who looks for a more quiet area. However, to get to the main attractions of Seoul, you'll need public transportation (which is about 7 min walk from the hotel)

Very large and spacious room. Nice to have a full sized fridge and washing machine in the room. Very comfortable bed. Close to Yongsan station, very convienient. Walking distance to alot of restraunts and shops. Fantastic hotel.

We were not allowed to extend our check out for 2 hrs later than the usual check out time.
