This is listed as a hostel and it is but it’s really good. If your a tool and pay for a hostel and then expect a 5 star hotel you are a tool. The room was quite good, it had good beds and the bathroom was good. Air con worked well and had a fridge in the room. Ground level had a kitchen with microwave. On level 3 free washing machine/ dryers. Excellent wifi. Stairs quite steep but a good work out we thought of it as. Towels small but on level 3 so many of them ready to use it doesn’t matter at all. Very quiet street outside but so many restaurants in the street. We chose one where we got the last table as so full and the food and service amazing. A “nice to CU” which seems to be koreas 7 eleven about 100 metres away.

Nothing to do with restaurant. Gondeok station is the station to get off from AREX from incheon airport to get here. Has many exits. Do research, I think it was exit 4 to go out which brings you out very close to naru house. We did no research and took exit about furtherest from naru house.

The place was easy to find, with comfortable beds, a good amount of space, and reasonably clean. The staff was really nice, when asked they prepared my room first so that we could check-in like 1 hour early. The location is really great. Near a metro station and several convenience stores. The kitchen is a bit small, but has everything you might want in the morning to kickstart the day (coffee, tea, water...).

The luggage storage is not safe - the door is always open and the luggage sits in view of the outside. Perhaps a reflection of the low rate of theft and high rate of trust in Korea?

I honestly don’t understand how Naru Hostel only has a 7.0 rating—it's one of the most underrated places I’ve stayed! The self-check-in process is super convenient, no need to worry about exact check-in times. I arrived around 2 AM, and it was perfect to just grab the key from reception and head to my room. Same goes for check-out. While there’s always room for improvement, if you’re looking for an affordable option near the city center, this is a must-stay. The room had its own bathroom, a comfortable bed, a fridge, a TV, and even a hairdryer. P.S. I rarely write reviews, and the owner didn’t ask me to. However, I wanted to share my experience because there are things that truly impressed me about this hotel compared to others I’ve stayed at, as I like to try different places in the city. For example, I was hoping to cancel one night at another hotel to return to this one, but unfortunately, it was fully booked

Everything was fantastic, but if I were the owner, I would consider adding something in the bathroom to improve the shower experience, like a curtain.

It's a good apartment with all you need to live comfortably. Not too clean if you look into all the details. The double twin-bed room is very roomy, but the mattresses are awful. You can definitely feel the mattress spring. Love the tiny kitchen with kitchenette and water filter/tea kettle. The shower room is basic with a top-loaded washing machine.

The bathroom vent isn't too strong so you need to leave it on after you take a shower to keep the bathroom dry.

It is near the subway station, the rooms are clean and well equipped. There was a water filtering machine (since tap water is not potable in Korea). The apartment was clean.

The immediate neighbourhood is not very nice, and it is not easy to find the place since there are no street signs and nothing is written on the back door that leads to the apartment. You must touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and enter the pin - it took a while to find it out. There is actually no staff, everything is automatic. However, it would have been nice to find somebody there who can help calling a taxi. There is a strange opening on the wall of the kitchen (covered by a curtain) that leads to other rooms via a ladder. We were afraid that someone comes in there and steals our belongings. (However, Korea seems to be a very safe place.)

good location near metro station and with lots of shops around. the room and bathroom were bigger than I expected for the price and it was comfortable enough. I think it's perfect for a short stay (1-2 days) but would be too stuffy for a longer period

there's a weird smell but I think it's the area (it smells the same way in the main road...). I wanted to make some noodles in the kitchen and found that half of the cooking tools and appliances were dirty or dusty.

Good location, lots of restaurants nearby! Staff’s really nice and very helpful. They are well equipped, had good warm towels, toiletries, laundry machine, hair dryer. Awesome value for money! Really liked it overall.

The stairs can be a bit too steep especially if you have luggage. Luckily we didn’t need assistance with ours but they were willing to help if needed. Just make sure not to bring too much luggage otherwise it might be difficult to take up and down the stairs.

Friend and I had a room each with kitchen and bathroom in between at the back of the hostel. We had our own secure entrance close to restaurants, transport and subways etc. This was much more secure and comfortable than the main hostel.

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hostel is very good as it is close to 2 metro stations 애오개역 and 공덕역. My room was clean and overall the hostel seems to take cleanliness very seriously.

Very nice hostel, light snacks are provided as well as toothbrushes and tooth paste. The shared kitchen area is also well kept and clean and the room was nice and clean as well. Location is very good.

The hostel is very small. Small steps, difficult to get large bags up them and the rooms are fairly small as well.
