Location is great with starbucks right in the corner with convenient stores very nearby as well. Transportation is easy and nearby as well. Breakfast was great and super clean room.

Sometimes in the morning there will be protest going on in the neighbourhood so you could hear the noise from there in the room. When i first moved in, there was no hot water but they had it fixed right away.

The breakfast had many options. The room was comfortable and clean.

No gluten free options for bread,bakery or cereal. ( there are gluten free cornflakes and rice bubbles available that are very good). I was told that I couldn’t bring my own gluten free bread to be toasted in the buffet ( that is I could have found any in Seoul)

Comfy business type hotel close to busy area. Didn't experience the bar unfortunately as it closed by the time we got there.

We enjoyed our stay!. Spacious, bright and comfortable room. Comfortable big bed. The bathroom was also well equipped with toiletries, which were refilled daily. The bath tub was in a decent size. Another plus was that their soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap were from l’Occitane Verbena. We loved the smell of these products so much. Love the tea/coffee station and the snacks kindly provided by the hotel. We appreciated how well the room was cleaned daily by the cleaning team as well. Beautiful lobby, Fast WiFi, well located plug sockets.

The tone of the reading light was too white, it would be great if it can be set into a warmer tone. But it is not a big deal.

Location was great, but the room was bit small and old.

It seemed like room needed renovation.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Seoul. Close to some of the main attractions and also only a 5-10 minute walk to three different metro stations, giving easy access to three of the main metro lines. Also easy to get to from Seoul Station. Staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel is modern and very clean.

The room was a little on the smaller side. Not a problem for us as we were out most of the time and just sleeping here, but just be aware. The A/C took a long time to get the room cool. Also worth noting that the Jogyesa Temple is right next door and if you get a room on that side, you may expect 4am wake-ups with drums and the gong. We saw the funny side, but some may not!

It's near the railway station and myeongdong area. Very convenient from the 6002 bus stop which is the airport limousine bus. It is less than 10 min walk. It is also nearby the attraction sites such as museums and castles. There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants. However, the buffet of the hotel for me is 7/10. For the price that we have paid for 5 days is worth our money considering it is rated as 4 star. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The laundry service because there are only 2 washing machines and 1 drier for such a big hotel. Otherwise we still loved the place.

Nice location with 2 metro stations within walking distance. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant shampoo/shower provided. Housekeeping was amazing! Came back to a clean & tidy room every night. Staff deserves a raise! A nice breakfast spread.

Although not much and understand that its for eco purposes, there was a charge for using the disposable toiletries which felt a little unnecessary considering how much we were paying. Perhaps would be better to get guests to request only if needed instead.. Breakfast timings were till 0930/1000. Tad early as obviously people are on vacation and would want to sleep in..

Location is very convenient, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and very close to multiple train and bus stops. Located close to many landmarks such as Gyeongbokgung palace and the Korean Museum of Contemporary History. The hotel and room itself was very clean, and I really appreciated the new water bottles, fresh towels and the option to have staff change bedsheets every day. Room has a thermometer to change temperature which is really great since the weather outside is super cold - I could even drink iced drinks in there without feeling any chill. There’s a sliding door to open a window between the bathroom and bedroom for some reason but I just kept it shut the entire time and there was no issues. There is also a laundry and dryer room which is appreciated - there are few machines (2 washing 1 drying) but I found that not many people used them so I had no trouble at all with washing my clothes.

Note that the washing machine and dryer are quite slow (taking 1.5 to 2 hours per machine) so it will take a while to wash and dry clothes. If in a rush a nearby laundromat with faster machines might be more convenient

The location is perfect—close to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores, plus it’s within walking distance to Ikseon-dong, Myeong-dong, and Gwanghwamun Palace! The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff at reception were super helpful and even let us check in earlier than expected, which was amazing. Highly recommend!

the room felt a bit small for 3-4 people, with limited space for our luggage. Also, there were a few times when some amenities were missing after the room was cleaned, but the staff was very helpful and quick to bring us what we needed.
