The staffs are so nice and speaks English well. We initially stayed overnight and asked them if they can keep our bags for 5days since we're going to Busan, and they agreed! The room with 3single beds have more space for you to move around. Onsite coin laundry facility is an added plus factor! We haven't check out yet and my mom was already asking me to book the same hotel for our next visit🤣

The location was brilliant for getting to all the major attractions in Seoul. The property was also in a very nice area with everything you could need in walking distance. Having a facility to wash and dry your clothes was an added bonus and the cost was very reasonable.

My room was advertised as having a city view but in the room I was given the window was up close to the building next door. When I initially raised this at check in I was told incorrect information so ended up in the room for the first 4 days of my 9 day stay. However after I saw that my class of room was still being advertised on Booking.com as having a city view I raised this with a manager and I was provided with the correct room with city view. Not all of the reception staff are as helpful as you would expect or even want from a hotel but the cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly.

Location was great! Near good restaurants, souvenir shops, & transportation.

The smell of the pillows and lack of drawers to put clothing. I do believe cleaning staff eventually replaced the pillows…the smell wasn’t as strong after the cleaned the room the second day.

This is a good hotel with nice facilites, like gym and laundry. The location is perfect with all the central sightseeing within walking distance from the hotel.

The room that we got was not so great: it was located in the corner of two buildings, so no light, no view, it felt like some prison. The other thing that was really bothering us was the bright white light near the entrance: it is operated by a sensor, and there is no option to turn it off, so if you decide to go to the bathroom or anywhwere at night, your partner will definitely wake up. Also the staff was really not welcoming if you overstayed after the breakfast time was over. I don't remember such strict policies aroud the world.

Service motivation of the reception

There is no cool and hot air condition. The hotel can only choice one. And the solution is open the window without safety. This is missing on the website when ordering

The Prima Hotel is a great hotel for anyone staying in Seoul. It is close to Insadong, the palaces, the stream, the Bukcheon, ... The subway is very close ... 3 to 5 minutes walk. There is a convenience store around a 3 to 5-minute walk away and many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean with very comfortable beds and great entertainment options. The bathroom is a little small, but very functional. Older people may have trouble stepping into the shower as it is quite a big step up over the bathtub. The tub is not a full-size tub, but big enough. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. There is no body lotion/moisturizer in the room, but you may be able to ask for some at reception. There is no luggage rack in the room, but the staff brought one to my room upon request. Otherwise, the hotel has everything you need. On the second floor, there is a water filter to get drinking water, which is really helpful. There is also a laundry, a gym, a microwave, and a vending machine. People were using the washer and dryer while I was there, and the machines seemed new and functioning. The people at the front desk were very helpful. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here next time I visit Seoul. Almost forgot, the 6002 bus from Incheon stops around a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get from the airport to the hotel.

Just a heads up concerning the bathroom: there are windows between the shower and the room. They are "frosted", but you can actually watch TV while taking a shower. If you are staying in a twin room with friends, this could make people feel a little exposed. I was in a room with a king bed, but I assume the other rooms have a similar set-up.

The location was strategic with a front and back entrance, it was safe and so easy to access public transport. I love the vibe, the art, and how tourist friendly the whole area is. Closer to Jongno and Insadong but Myeongdeong is just a leisurely 20min walk away. It was also convenient and the staff, from cafe aropa to the front desk, real fast buffet team, to the housekeeping staff, were so professional, experienced, and friendly.

The water pressure was great, and I enjoyed the relaxing hot baths I was able to take at the end of every day… I love the range of the water temperature (from hot to cold). It was difficult to adjust the temperature though. I had to figure out a way to tap the faucets gently from side to side to get to the temp I need. But other than this very minor detail, everything was excellent.

Really nice location, walking distance to many awesome places including couple Hanok villages and palaces, 30 min nice stroll to Myeongdong. The breakfast is really good - it's everything you'd want from a Korean hotel breakfast with a nice choice of Korean food and some American sausage and bacon for those missing home. AC units can be controlled from the room and are rather quiet

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, windows are small and many rooms have no view at all. Some of the lighting in the room, especially bathroom felt cheap and uncomfortable.

Friendly front-desk staff, clean, good facilities, and very centrally located.

Those two elevators! Can someone get them to be coordinated? Every time one would have to just guess which elevator would come first, and so many people ended up pressing the buttons of both, which means you then ended up each time stopping at a level where the person who pressed the button had already gone into the other elevator. Breakfast was fine, but not "inspired" and staff there struggled to smile: after a week, I felt like eating somewhere else. Some honey, some proper cereal, and rather than orange cheese packs, I would have welcomed a tiny bit of brie and possibly a fried egg. And a newspaper? Some such changes wouldn't cost much at all.

The location of the hotel is great, with sights, public transportation und restaurants closeby. After a long journey we were so happy that our room was ready before regular checkin time. The room was spacious and clean, the facilities on the second floor very convenient - we regularly came by for water, used the fitness center on a rainy day and also did laundry.

The automatic light close to the bathroom was a bit annoying at night. We were thinking about having breakfast at the hotel, but were told that there are no real vegetarian options. But that wasn't a total suprise considering the fact that vegetarian options in Seoul were generally very limited.
