The location was brilliant for getting to all the major attractions in Seoul. The property was also in a very nice area with everything you could need in walking distance. Having a facility to wash and dry your clothes was an added bonus and the cost was very reasonable.

My room was advertised as having a city view but in the room I was given the window was up close to the building next door. When I initially raised this at check in I was told incorrect information so ended up in the room for the first 4 days of my 9 day stay. However after I saw that my class of room was still being advertised on Booking.com as having a city view I raised this with a manager and I was provided with the correct room with city view. Not all of the reception staff are as helpful as you would expect or even want from a hotel but the cleaning staff were excellent and very friendly.

The staffs are so nice and speaks English well. We initially stayed overnight and asked them if they can keep our bags for 5days since we're going to Busan, and they agreed! The room with 3single beds have more space for you to move around. Onsite coin laundry facility is an added plus factor! We haven't check out yet and my mom was already asking me to book the same hotel for our next visit🤣

Service motivation of the reception

There is no cool and hot air condition. The hotel can only choice one. And the solution is open the window without safety. This is missing on the website when ordering

The Prima Hotel is a great hotel for anyone staying in Seoul. It is close to Insadong, the palaces, the stream, the Bukcheon, ... The subway is very close ... 3 to 5 minutes walk. There is a convenience store around a 3 to 5-minute walk away and many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean with very comfortable beds and great entertainment options. The bathroom is a little small, but very functional. Older people may have trouble stepping into the shower as it is quite a big step up over the bathtub. The tub is not a full-size tub, but big enough. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. There is no body lotion/moisturizer in the room, but you may be able to ask for some at reception. There is no luggage rack in the room, but the staff brought one to my room upon request. Otherwise, the hotel has everything you need. On the second floor, there is a water filter to get drinking water, which is really helpful. There is also a laundry, a gym, a microwave, and a vending machine. People were using the washer and dryer while I was there, and the machines seemed new and functioning. The people at the front desk were very helpful. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here next time I visit Seoul. Almost forgot, the 6002 bus from Incheon stops around a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get from the airport to the hotel.

Just a heads up concerning the bathroom: there are windows between the shower and the room. They are "frosted", but you can actually watch TV while taking a shower. If you are staying in a twin room with friends, this could make people feel a little exposed. I was in a room with a king bed, but I assume the other rooms have a similar set-up.

The location was strategic with a front and back entrance, it was safe and so easy to access public transport. I love the vibe, the art, and how tourist friendly the whole area is. Closer to Jongno and Insadong but Myeongdeong is just a leisurely 20min walk away. It was also convenient and the staff, from cafe aropa to the front desk, real fast buffet team, to the housekeeping staff, were so professional, experienced, and friendly.

The water pressure was great, and I enjoyed the relaxing hot baths I was able to take at the end of every day… I love the range of the water temperature (from hot to cold). It was difficult to adjust the temperature though. I had to figure out a way to tap the faucets gently from side to side to get to the temp I need. But other than this very minor detail, everything was excellent.

The location of the hotel is great, with sights, public transportation und restaurants closeby. After a long journey we were so happy that our room was ready before regular checkin time. The room was spacious and clean, the facilities on the second floor very convenient - we regularly came by for water, used the fitness center on a rainy day and also did laundry.

The automatic light close to the bathroom was a bit annoying at night. We were thinking about having breakfast at the hotel, but were told that there are no real vegetarian options. But that wasn't a total suprise considering the fact that vegetarian options in Seoul were generally very limited.

I really like the location, you have three different subway lines within about 10 minutes walk. Also Myeongdong and Ikseondong are very nearby. It’s not too busy on the street so you hear just a little bit of noise when your room is street side. It’s clean, the water pressure of the shower is good, the bathroom is a comfortable size and I like that there’s space next to the washbin to put stuff down. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The curtains let a lot of light in and the light buttons are illuminated very brightly. So not great if you want darkness while sleeping. I was travelling alone so it was enough space for one suitcase but if you are travelling with two suitcases I don’t think it would easily fit.

The location of this hotel is ideal. It is less than 5 minutes to the main street in Insadong, where you can find traditional arts and crafts, street food, and restaurants. It's also a quick walk to 2 different subway lines - Anguk Station (Line 3) and Jongno 3 (sam)-ga (Line 5), which made it very easy for us to travel around the city. Major tourist attractions are within easy walking distance, like Bukchon Hanok Village and Gyeongbokgung Palace. A bit of a further walk but completely do-able is the Myeong-dong area. We had so many breakfast options very close by, like Mega Coffee, Brewda, Starbucks, and Paris Baguette. With the exception of Starbucks, these were all very reasonably priced options. Unexpectedly, our stay coincided with the 2025 Lantern Parade which stopped pretty much in front of the hotel. We were right in the heart of the weekend celebrations and got to see free performances. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and had the most pleasant, accommodating staff from the front desk to housekeeping. We took advantage of the on-site laundry facilities, which were also immaculately clean. It wasn't too hot during our stay, but we did take advantage of the air conditioning, which worked extremely well. The beds were a good size and very comfortable. I was a little concerned about sharing a double bed with my 6 foot husband, but the bed suited the two of us very well and was very comfortable.

There wasn't a lot of closet or dresser space for our clothes, or a lot of space to store our suitcases. We were able to improvise though and make do.

The Prima Hotel Jongno in Seoul is an absolute gem! Just 200 meters from Jogyesa Temple, it's perfectly located for sightseeing. The place feels brand new, with a fresh, modern vibe. The rooms are spotless and super comfy, making you feel right at home. The staff? They’re absolute stars—friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. Plus, waking up to their delicious buffet breakfast is the perfect start to any day. This hotel has everything for a great stay, whether you're in town for fun or work!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything to complain about. From the pristine rooms to the helpful staff, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

One of the best locations in Seoul. Metro is just nearby with different lines providing many options and convenience to explore the city. Perfect to explore the city and next to amazing neighbourhoods like Ikseon-dong for strolling around cool brunch spots or Insadong with beautiful streets and market. The staff assisted us with the taxi during our last day when going to the airport where.

Room wasn’t very spacious for 3 people and there was limited space for our luggage. Even though they were cleaning daily, the bathroom curtain had stains and the floor was not swept during the first few days, which made us request it at the reception
