The hotel was well located, very close to the DDP and a short metro/bus ride away to places like Myeongdong, city hall and Hongik Uni. The facilities were good, rooms were clean and there was a rooftop terrace with views of Seoul. The price we paid was good as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Of note needs to be that the TV in the room will turn on every time you enter the key card into the slot for electricity in the room. The TV was pre-programmed to an ad about the hotel chain. Turning off the TV after entering the room got old quickly. While not a pet peeve of mine, it's worth noting that room service is only done on request, with a deeper clean included every 3 days during the stay.

There were two big problems. The thing most bothered me was breakfast we were really troubled about it because they didn’t have enough information written on the breakfast cards as we have allergies and food limitations we had to ask everything we wanted to eat in the buffet and it was really troublesome. The Korean staff there couldn’t really understand nor speak English. We choose it because it was cheap. Second problem was bathroom and toilet, they were semitransparent and didn’t have locks also you could hear any voice from inside so door opened many times while i was inside it wasn’t a big problem for me because i was staying there with my sister, but it could be a big problem if you are with your friend or opposite sex

- Very clean premises & room. - Great location - in short walking distance to popular places; in particular, Gwangjang market - hot tourist spot for Korean street food - tasks less than 5 minutes on foot. Cheonggye-cheon, another very popular strolling destination even closer. - Great value - I also elected late check out by several hours (fees), still the total was comparable or even lower than a lot of other high- quality places in the area. I also like the modern walk-in shower.

The elevator was a bit warm (the lobby, room, and the corridor were all cool & well air-conditioned on the sweltering day) - a very minor issue indeed. Everything else perfect! 👌

The room is nice, clean, and very functional. The location is great near a metro station easy to travel to tourist spot.

Its easy to go anywhere when you are staying here.

Great amenities and fabulous staff

This hotel is in a great location, there is a lot to do. The famous food market featured on Netflix is only a block away as well as a beautiful river walk.

It was in a relatively good part for the northern Seoul. It was clean and they had a rooftop garden.

No bidet toilet. Extremely tiny room, reminds me of Tokyo. The elevators were constantly occupied, not a surprise with 20 floors. But sometimes you waited for several minutes.

Nice location, close to airport bus, tube and bus stop. Quite at night. The room is slightly small but acceptable

Perfect location. Convenient store and metro station right beside the hotel. Morning staff were very professional and helpful. Room is clean.

When I was paying for my stay I saw that it took more money. I told the night staff that you took more money but she said this the total that is appearing in my system. I was really confused, I showed her my booking and the amount I’m supposed to pay but she got agitated for asking her to explain. I was very tired after a 10 hour flight and I did not have the energy to argue with her so I left it the way it is and left to my room.
