Beautiful hotel, clean, good food, friendly staff.

Poor entertainment throughout the day and evening. The additional booking restaurants, we visited the Dolce Vita and ended up walking out, exact same but even less food offered compared to main restaurant, still had to go get all our own drinks etc and serve up our own food which was exactly same food as restaurant but less. So we never booked any other of the additional restaurants as didn’t see the difference to just going to main one.

Salt water swimming pool

Bad food, beds noisy, we never understood about sun beds, people come reserves all sun beds probably at 4am but never spends time at the pool. Very wrong as who wants to spend time near the pool they cannot. Bad beach also....

I would have want the air-conditioning to go lower. It was like to be stuck in 22°C in stead of go to 18°C. Other than that, we where wery happy with our stay at the hotel

So many exceptional things. We were visiting for our anniversary and are so happy we chose to stay here. Staff was beyond amazing like many have said. Very clean everywhere. The food was wonderful with plenty of variety and slight differences each night even if you eat at the same restaurant. A really nice variety of entertainment for all ages through each day. Great bar options and one is 24h. We had a family room and it was the perfect amount of space. Having the extra room for putting our daughter in her crib at night was a big plus.

The pools close at 630 each night. Which is understandable all things considered but some evening swimming would be nice if only at one pool.

Everything is compact, thought through facilities. Food is available the whole day through (convenient for families with kids). A good offer of food. The Italian and Asian restaurants need a special booking a couple of days beforehand - worth visiting, don’t leave it to the last days of your trip. Beautiful sunset views at the ocean. The ocean is close, we tried a couple of beaches, but the closest one was the best. Quick to get to from Tenerife South airport, 25 min for 40-45€.

Our room windows faced the stage with a daily show - no chance to sleep early. It’s ok if you watch the shows. We didn’t request to change the room. It’s a lot of people, and specifically families with kids, so not suitable for those seeking a quiet solitude experience.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The property is stunning, with several pools to choose from, and my room offered a breathtaking view of the sea. Everything was maintained at a very high standard, from the spotless room to the exceptional service provided by the staff. The reception team was extremely professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. Housekeeping was equally impressive — the rooms were prepared with great care and the cleaning staff was incredibly polite and respectful.

The food was tasty, although breakfast options remained the same each day, which could be improved.

It was mentioned that the pools are heated They were not! Cold water, however the weather was hot so it was ok The towels in room are brown, doesnt give the clean feeling of white towels The food is really not at the standards Everything is super over cooked Repeated from one counter to another and between the restaurants, food was 6 out of 10 very average No spa and sauna

Beautiful hotel. Lots of pools so never felt like you were in a huge hotel with a million sunbeds in rows around the pool. Maintained an intimate feel. Plenty for kids to do and a small but decent gym and exercises classes on offer. Beautiful views. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Food was the only thing that let this hotel down. Lunch and evening meal was quite overcooked, and bland in flavour. Breakfast was nice but limited selection of hot foods. Edible but not particularly tasty overall. There is 3 speciality restaurants Grill, Chinese and Italian. We didn't try the Italian as booked up but the other two were quite poor and we walked out.

Overall, it was a very nice, clean resort. It had a great little area for kids and also an "adult only area" for those who looked for peace ... We enjoyed our rooms and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The restaurants offered sufficient types of food to keep us full for the week. Every night they offered live entertainment at the stage area. Was fun !!

Nothing really - very good value for what we sent.

Beautiful newly refurbished resort with spectacular restaurants, view and rooms. Staff were always friendly in every single area that we have entered in: fron the reception to the bar, restaurants, maintanence. Food was vers tasty and always can eat something that you like. We will definetely come back as it was exceeding our expectations for the price that we have payed!

The only thing they could work on is the snack variation for the in between lunch and dinner time as we are a healthy family, we could not select any fruits or vegetables during the in between snack times. I wish there would be choice to have fresh things instead of a hamburger or a hot-dog, which we understand might be a kitchen budget thing, but putting out just a few apples and bananas could not be such an issue. Hopefully management will realize to make this amendment and extend the cost of per person budget in the restaurant area.
