This property was fantastic for a family of four. The pools were amazing and not overcrowded. The breakfast buffet was fantastic unlimited and a good choice. It was surprising that the half board evening choice was a selection of three starters, three mains and three desserts however we were lucky that we liked the selections on the menu. I’m sure I saw it advertised that there was a crazy golf however there is one poorly covered Astroturf green with three holes however we still had good family fun. The table tennis is definitely seen better days but my young girls had a quick go and it killed half an hour.

the site is great & the location is perfect, its right by the airport which is great & the rooms are brilliant, cannot fault this place, it was brilliant, 2 pools which were great although they were closed when we visited in Jan as a bit to cold, food was good in the restaurant, or you had a full size kitchen in you apartment to cook yourself, there was also a washer machine & dryer

Spacious apartment, lucky enough to have a view over the golf course. Lovely comfy bed and pillows. Lots of choice at breakfast. Pools clean and watched over by lifeguards, loved the new bar at the second pool. Felt like a luxurious stay also really close to the airport which is why we use it.

Some of the utensils were old and not fit for purpose (corkscrew). People saving sunbeds with towels yet not using them for hours, this shouldn’t be allowed to happen as some families were left sitting on the grass when beds were clearly spare. Some were putting towels on before 9am which is not fair to everyone else. A real put off for us.

We booked this for one night stay, based on proximity to the airport, positive reviews and wanting to have a luxury start to our trip. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a great pool view balcony. There's a full kitchen and separate zones for dining and lounge- would be very welcome for longer stays, but ours was very brief and didn't get to use most of the room facilties. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. They helped my husband retrieve items he accidentally left behind, Eric was greatly appreciated! The two pools were large, clean and in beautiful garden surroundings- a real pleasure to use, with good seating areas around both. Other lovely looking facilities that we did not use, such as golf course and kids play area.

Expected more from the breakfast buffet; not quite enough choice and some food was either bland or greasy. For the overall price, this could be improved. Our check in experience, though friendly and helpful, was quite slow and we were exhausted havin arrived very late (felt like there were not enough staff to efficiently handle demand?) There were quite a few bugs in our room too, which made us wonder how thoroughly it had been cleaned, but that could just be unfortunate.

The apartment was very nice laid out incredibly well and offers a lot for the value including washing machine and tumble dryer full kitchen dining area living room and three bedrooms two offering two single beds and one offering one large bed with ensuite the staff for a very helpful one of my friends lost his phone and the staff put in time and effort to locate the taxi and the phone and then arrange for it to be bought to the hotel There was also a leak in my room. These things happen. It’s how they handled that matters once the phone call was made to the front desk within 20 minutes. Someone had turned up assessed the situation and then went and collected the necessary parts to repair had come back in reasonable time Carried out the necessary works cleaned up the water. Also, the food was absolutely delicious absolutely no complaints

I found the apartment was very clean for the best part however the main bathroom had toilet rolls that were water damaged. However this could have been from the leak from the ceiling but at this point there was no one above us. So wasn’t leaking at the time. Once again, it’s not about the leak It’s the service you receive once you report something and that was incredible.

Our apartment was nice and spacious, the staff was very friendly. We liked the option with the parking under the building. You just stepped out of the car almost into the elevator to the apartment. Nice and quiet location just outside of Alicante. Nice garden. We liked it that we got fresh towels everyday and that the beds were made every day. Nice view from the very spacious balcony.

Breakfast was ok, but unfortunately not so much variation. After 5 days eating the same stuff you really have enough of it... Also is the breakfast room way too small for the amount of guests. We had to eat outside 1 day and that was not so comfortable with 11 degrees celcius. The rest of the week we managed to sit inside but we had to get out of bed early to be able to find a place inside. The cleaning staff missed some small (but important) details. For a 4 star accomodation you could expect a bit better cleaning.

This resort is a piece of heaven, imagine sitting in your balcony surrounded by a golf course, lush nature, flowers everywhere, and all you hear is the birds singing. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was excellent, and parking outside was free (though they had inexpensive garage parking). Alicante is just 15 minutes away by car, but they have onsite restaurant if one chooses to stay in. We would love to return.

Our room felt a bit dated, and the shutters needed maintenance, but the rest of the experience made up for it.

We only saw the location at night, but it looked amazing. It had so many pools with plenty of space around them. THE RESTAURANT WAS simply amazing! THE FOOD WAS EXQUISIT. Hats off to the CHEF! The apartment was huge and spacious and an amazing value. Wish we had more time to explore and enjoy more.

The hot water for the showers were cold in BOTH bathrooms! We even let it run for 30 minutes and it was still cold. We had to get up so early to catch our plane and it was late at night when we discovered it we did not call the front desk. I am sure if we did they would have rectified it.
