Excellent room with separate seating and viewing area. Close to the Bus stop for travelling to Avila centre and close to the motorway for getting around the area.

Breakfast was quite poor and left a lot to be desired, if you did not arrive early find a clean table would be difficult as it took an age to clear and clean. The cafeteria was inexpensive but was quite scruffy as was the restaurant. The garage appeared to be closed, so street parking, which was usually available, but not sure if it would had it been busy, as other Hotels nearby.

Easy to find, the staff were extremely helpful, there is a very nice bar/café for a pre-dinner drink. A coach load of American tourists arrived soon after us, which added to the atmosphere, they dined in a seperate area, so not an issue. Restaurant is very good and again staff very helpful. The room was huge and had a balcony which would have been wonderful on a warmer day. The only odd thing was the very small toilet rooms for the size of the rooms. Parking was secure under ground and very reasonable 5 euros overnight, there is street parking as well (free). Overall very good, would stay again.

Ideal location, for travellers. First class in every way. The suite was large with dining table, lounge chairs around the TV. Separate on-suite bedroom with large twin beds. A terrace off the lounge and bedroom with table and 4 chairs. Perfect

The area as you drive up to the hotel gives you some reservations until you see the front of the building. I would prefer 2 pillows than the 1 bolster pillow.(to tired to ask at reception)

The hotel was clean and staff were very kind. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Nice private bathroom. Property has private parking only accessible with room card. It is also located within 10 minutes driving to city center. Taxi cab is about 8 euros each way. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great, the hotel ,accommodation, staff restaurant, parking etc Great location, excellent secure carpark, restaurant was very good value for money and the staff were all very polite and professional The room was enormous with an outside terrace

not a real problem but some of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose and all they needed were a little help with a screwdriver and it would have been absolutely perfect

The hotel is very clean, the rooms and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shopping area and bus stop are right across the street. The room was quiet, and had a small balcony.

The air conditioning was adequate, but it was only in the sitting area, not blowing on the bed. I pulled the bed into the sitting area and slept comfortably.

The location was really comfortable for me. The room was big and there was working place as well. They also offer good traditional food.

I wanted to iron my clothes and they provided me with an iron, however without ironing board. There is no gym in the premises.

The room was huge, with a lounge and terrace. Good breakfast and right next door to a shopping centre with nice food options available all day Sunday. Considering the price, this place was brilliant - would happily stay there again.
