So much choice for breakfast, included in our B&B rate but do have option to pay on the day if you choose not to include breakfast. Staff clearing up plates quickly and friendly. Our room had a terrace and small pool and we had champagne and fruit on arrival as it was our anniversary.

Sometimes in the afternoon, the terrace could not be used as it was in direct sun with no shade and was simply too hot but was lovely to be able to access our own pool so take flip flops to walk on the floor!

Bedroom was so clean, fresh sheets and towels every day. Staff were so helpful and all spoke English. Breakfast had a huge choice so would keep everyone happy. Location is right at the top of Las Rambles so second to none!

The pool tended to get full up with larger families/groups so not always tables/chairs to sit on but it's city centre hotel so to have a pool was a bonus in the first instance.

Staff were so welcoming even when pulling up to the hotel , we were greeted by concierge who took our bags for us. Receptionist checked us in really quickly and were escorted to our room with concierge who took the bags for us. Room was a little small but perfect for what we needed and very well designed on 4th floor brother stayed in suite on 7th floor, which was amazing with plunge pool which was huge and had loungers too and very spacious.. Location was exceptional, right off the main square on Las Ramblas. Surrounded by shops , coffee shops and restaurants. highly recommend 'steak house', 10 min walk up las ramblas.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the city. Helpful and pleasant staff. The room was extremely good and super clean. Large comfortable bed. The spa was also very good. Everything about hotel was high quality. We can highly recommend to everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is 2 minutes from the Placa de Catalunya, so very easily accessible from the trains and the airport bus, which makes a difference. Barcelona is not an easy place to be hauling around cases. The property has a nice elegant feel, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. It is an old building so the rooms are a little strangely laid out, but we didn't mind. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was really lovely and I'd recommend to anyone. Prices reasonable for quality.

Plunge pool and terrace were fantastic . The small bistro/bar was excellent and offered beautiful food at very reasonable prices. The wines and beers were cheap in comparison with Scotland. Mirival rose wine at 6.80 euros a glass ! Various places in Scotland charge around 12 GBP. ! We have a great deal to learn in the UK if we want people to eat and drink in the hospitality industry No wonder this bar was always busy with customers.Thw staff were always smiling and helpful unlike the UK . The only negative point I can say is although the breakfast was very good I thought at 25 euros per person a little overpriced when it was very easy to get an excellent breakfast outside for 15 euros each

The hotel was able to allow us to check in early after an overnight flight, which was a huge bonus when we arrived. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked the area - such a great stop with access to everything you need and very walkable. I also spent a lovely afternoon with an including visit to the spa - I had private access to the hot tub and sauna and an area to just sit in a lounge chair and read. Our weather had been terrible - so this was a nice way to warm up and relax. Also - the SHOWER at this facility was AMAZING.

I stayed at this hotel in Barcelona and had a great experience! The rooms are just the right size for a city stay; comfortable, clean, and practical, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A huge variety of options to suit every taste. I especially loved the freshly squeezed juices, a great selection of cheeses, delicious tortillas, and the availability of gluten-free choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. A special shout-out to the staff who are incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. I truly felt at home during my stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back!

We loved the location, so central - taxis outside. Breakfast was amazing - selection - quality, environment in breakfast room - one of the very best. Staff very helpful and friendly- spa very pleasant treat - we used every day after lots of walking. Bed comfortable - nice if unusual pillows- bar and restaurant for evening very good - service , food & value very good.

Small things took the edge off the rating - room key cards failed every day and needed to be remade - most afternoons there was a smell of drains in the room but we asked and they checked and it seemed to clear - rooms adequate if a little cramped around wardrobe access, decor a bit darker than our preference. TV really fiddly to control - not convenient. But in context these were all minor irritations and did not spoil our stay.

We had a nice stay here and would visit again as the location is excellent and the room was comfortable, clean and had everything in it we needed. Beds were comfy, the cleaning service was excellent, tea making facilities and fridge were an extra bonus, as was the free upgraded room offered at reception. Only a couple of things let it down, a lot of noise outside our room, both from the city and cleaners/guests constantly banging around, walls and windows seemed paperthin, the spa is an extra €30 for 2 people for an hour which seems cheeky after the heavy room rate, also no staff went out of their way and disappointing that when asking for an omelette for room service as I have a very limited diet and my daughter was poorly in our room so I couldn't leave I was told no as 10 minutes past the time they do breakfast items. So we didn't eat from the hotel and ordered takeaway from outside instead. No one seems to go above and beyond here, service is just standard. Lifts weren't working on the last evening.
