The location is great, staff was super friendly, they have a storage room if you don't want to walk around with your bags after/before check in. As a solo traveler traveling on a budget, this place was a great deal. Most single rooms with private bathroom are way beyond my budget, this one had a decent price considering location and facilities. I was surprised to see the room was bigger than in the photos. And also surprised to see they also have provided toothpaste and toothbrush.

It is noisy. You don't hear the noise from the street (my room faced the backyard), but it is the noise from other guests walking, opening doors, etc. The mattress could also get an upgrade, but it was not that bad for the 2 nights I stayed.

The room was clean and spacious enough for our 4 person family. The room was kept clean by the cleaning staff every morning. The furniture in the room were in very good condition same as the bathroom. The shower was very good, with good water pressure and spacious. Beds were comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The location is excellent. Close to everything (restaurants , cafes, shops etc).

The only issue is the same I have with most hotels. The light coming in from the windows in the morning. Not a deal breaker.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Its location couldn't be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to local attractions and transport. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained and offered a quiet retreat, with no noise from other guests disturbing my stay. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, always eager to help with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a great location.

While my stay was great overall, I wasn’t a fan of the thin, soft mattress, which made sleeping less comfortable. Additionally, the lack of a duvet and the use of a wool blanket raised some hygiene concerns, as I wasn’t sure how often it was cleaned between guests.

I initially had a one night reservation. However, due to some issues with the cruise ship I was taking back to the US, I had to extend my reservation to include a total of 3 nights. I was extremely glad that I was able to stay in the same room for the entire period of my stay. The single room is small but I travel alone so that was not a problem for me. Location was excellent---a pretty easy walk to the cruise ship buses. If/when I come back to Barcelona, I would stay here again.

I would have preferred a room on the floor with reception but I got a room one floor up and there was no elevator service to that floor. The staff did help me when I checked in but I was on my own getting the luggage down the the elevator on the reception floor. There were no English language television channels.

The hotel owner reached out to me that they found my friend's missing item and even did identity checks to make sure we are the rightful receivers. Thankfully, we will receive this item tomorrow! We really appreciate this. The location and the water vending machines for when we got thirsty were amazing. So close to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, the market, etc. You'll never go hungry in this spot as well.

The smell coming from the bathroom is pretty bad but I guess nothing can be done if it's from pipes. It's barely noticeable with the AC on though. Other than that, it's pretty clean and they refresh the bathroom supplies everyday.

I stayed here 7 years ago and had a room o looking the Rambla. It was loud but we loved it and just used earplugs at night. Perfect with a balcony! This time I requested 3 times a room overlooking La Rambla and booked 8 months ago. I realize they can’t guarantee a specific room, but we were disappointed that we got a quiet room at the back. I love this location and it is lower priced than most places. Next time I will find another place that can confirm I have a balcony. 😢

Everything was fine - good value for money. Comphy bed, the room was quiet and cleaned everyday, hairdryer and towels provided. Fast Internet connection, reception desk 24/7, helpful and nice people behind the reception desk. After checking out, you can leave your luggage all day with no extra fee. A three-minute walk to the metro station. Good choice for those visitors with packed sightseeing itineraries.

Well, the room was quiet but it was not a room with the view ;-) But all in all, it was good value for money!!

Very friendly staff! Luggage storage room available. Nice city center location (on the Rambla), within walking distance of a lot of sights and close to the metro / buses that can take you almost everywhere else. We picked this option because it was more affordable than most of the other hotels in the area. Barcelona is quite expensive, so it was nice to save some money on accommodation. Since we spent most of our time in the city, we didn't feel like we missed out on anything.

Our room and the building would shake at night (we're guessing because it's right next to the metro) which made it harder to sleep at night. Also, on our first day we had a problem with ants in the room, but the staff quickly solved the issue for us. Also, I wish the luggage storage room had lockers. It's pretty much just an empty room with some shelves. While it's probably good enough to leave your suitcases, I wasn't comfortable enough leaving my work laptop there, which was a little inconvenient on our last afternoon after check-out. But luckily the staff said they could look after our things for us by keeping them in a separate closet, so things worked out fine in the end! :)

The room was really big, and I was not expecting it to even have space for a sofa which was really comfortable. The bathroom was also big and spacious. It was really also a very convenient location, as you can easily walk to Plaça de Catalunya, and it was really close to a subway station as well (several more if you walked just a bit further).

Unfortunately, the bathroom doors had a gap around the borders, so you could actually see the person showering/doing their business inside. Would've felt more comfortable if the gaps could be sealed/made smaller so you can't see inside.

It's a really good accomodation if you just need a place to sleep after a long day in the city. Location is perfect, a lot sights are in walk distance, and 3mins from the metro. We had an early flight, and we could check-in at 11 a.m., we did not have to wait until 2 p.m. The staff is very nice, and we could leave our luggage there after check out as long as we had some time before we went to the airport

Our room was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, and we really didn't like their blankets without bedsheets. If you have a room that does not a view, the little space in the middle of the building is what you see from the room, which is not nice and ventilation is not the best.
